Visited Pho restaurant in Guildford recently. I’ve got to give a shout-out to the waitress, Charlotte, who served us. She was lovely. 10/10 service.

Front of house staff were exceptional. My food took ages to get to me because they had only one chef in that day. That's the only thing that ruined my experience. Have been here few times food was pretty delicious and acceptable. However this time is pretty disappointed, the wok fried rice and bun are very salty and can taste lots of MSG in it… I gotta drink litres of water after the meal.

Went it for a dinner yesterday and the food and overall experience was very nice, especially our waitress, Charlotte was very nice. She was smiling the entire time and was polite. Very good customer service. She definitely lifted the mood up.
