A lovely little cafe! The battered chicken burger was so soooo good! The mrs had the breakfast club sandwich and it looked amazing too. No pictures as we were hungry! Lovely polite staff, everywhere was nice and clean, nice chilled quiet music giving a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Went here for Nellie's Pancakes. Absolutely Amazing best pancakes I've ever had. Staff was great and very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back to try more food.

recommend. Service was excellent. Went last Sunday for a lunch. We all tried the chicken, beef, pork loin dinner. Really tasty and extra veg and gravy brought out too. Hot choc deluxe with flake, cream and marshmallows was delicious. We also had lager and black, no shortage of black, which was nice. Will defo be there next Sunday. We were so full, couldn't fit in dessert.

Great food and quick service, even though there was a large party in the other room too. Food was excellent and great value for money. Needed a lie down after I left. Highly recommend the tapas especially the bacon and black pudding. Desserts looked great, but I was too full, definetly leave room next time.

The Priory Bistro is a gem of a place with a varied menu of delicious food. We've dined during the day and in the evening bistro, and every time it's been excellent. The staff and quality of food are second to none and the recent refurbishment puts it head and shoulders above the rest! Highly recommended - 5*

We went Saturday night to the bistro. So welcoming. Thought we had decided what to have as viewed that weekends menu online.......changed our minds about ten times once in. Fantastic deep fried black pudding and mixed mushroom starters followed by perfectly cooked seabass and liver and bacon......all delicious. Definitely going back.....it was lovely

What an absolute gem of a find. Only went due to a Groupon voucher but would certainly recommend this bistro to anyone as the food was absolutely delicious, much tastier then some of the most popular expensive restaurants in Middlesbrough that iv been too
The lay out of the bistro was relaxing and the staff friendly. Loved the quirky features which give room lots of character, from the copper pipe candle holders to the scrabble letters made out to your reserved name. I am definitely going again �

My family and I, love this cafe/bistro. Lovely staff and wonderful food. I always feel comfortable taking my one year old and 3 year old here, as made to feel very welcome. It's definitely become our regular lunch stop. �

Have been here several times and eaten there the last few times. The food has been very good, the staff friendly, accomodating and helpful especially when we had our one year old niece in tow and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Very good selection of sandwiches/cakes etc. and not a bad selection of hot food either. As a fanatical lover of coffee their filter coffee isn't as nice as Costa/Nero, but this is my only criticism, overall, would highly reccommend.
