Ate here this evening with family for the first time and would DEFINITELY come back.
We only booked a table for 6 people 45 minutes beforehand and they managed to squeeze us in, considering it was a saturday too, to a lovely quiet table in the back of the pub, staff extremely welcoming and couldn't do enough for us.
Great selection of beers and loveliest service.
Was quite busy (fair enough for a saturday) but still a lovely atmosphere.
Ordered at the bar with a lovely lady called Carol who was so kind and chatty, made us feel extremely welcome.
We were told there may be a delay on food, but we thought it was very speedy! Amazing food and fab portions. Was very excited about the veggie burger pizza and it did not disappoint. (Pictured)
All in all it was an extremely pleasant visit and highly recommend if you're in the area.

A lovely little gem, nestling in the picturesque village of Haddenham a pleasant 15 minute stroll from the station, surrounded by thatched cottages and a short walk from the village pond and green. The staff are absolutely lovely. Friendly and welcoming. The food is really good (the burgers are extremely good) and the choice of drinks is sufficient even for a fussy person like me. Child friendly and dog friendly. A proper village pub. Well worth a visit.
Very nice quiet place. Lovely country pub atmosphere. Wonderful friendly and polite staff.
The drinks are excellent. The food is worse, but also quite good. I don't know if it's always like this, but on our visit the kitchen didn't open until 5pm (be prepared for that).
Dog friendly.
Just dropped in as we live locally and we were walking with our son his fiancee and our granddaughter. We also had our son's dog with us. We were made extremely welcome and the food was very good and what I had was lovely. We will definitely be back perhaps during the week soon
I went to Kings Head with friends! The food was not great. I think once they get into their groove it will be better! The servers were friendly and attentive! Atmosphere was nice and full of locals.

You can also get meals there, but we just had a drink, and will go back for a meal.

A proper country town local pub that I is becoming rarer and rarer.
We've been here several times and have been very happy. Thursday includes a special menu and price for pensioners which, although smaller portions, has a variety of dishes to choose from.

Only went for a drink with friends on St Pats day. It was packed, very popular indeed. The staff were excellent. Most table seemed to be reserved so we took our drinks into the garden.
This is a beautiful pub 🍻🍺 in a lovely location. There are plenty of seating spaces indoor and outdoor. Nicely decorated 📔 outside space for summer 🏝️🌞. They serve variety of food and drinks 🍻
Came here on a rare date night I'm quite fussy when it comes to food but the kings head nailed it there burger and beer night ticked every box staff where second to none cant find a bad point about this quaint village pub at all would recommend over and over again

The King's Head has been turned around over the last 2 years. Now a nice local pub with a good food offering. Particularly like their Sunday lunch... Recommend fully.
