Review Hadlow Manor Restaurant - Hadlow

Absolutely fabulous stay last night. Great large room with a very comfortable bed. First class customer service from the evening receptionist who couldn't have been more helpful and a real pleasure to deal with. Had a meal in the restaurant and served by a very attentive waitress. Menu wasn't too exciting but I had the steak which was brilliant with excellent chips and mushrooms. I can't remember having a nicer meal! Overall I'd give the hotel 10/10

The reception ladies were amazing, kind and lovely. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The service at dinner was slow and poor. No energy in the restaurant. But the food was amazing and so was breakfast. Thank you so much guys. It was our 10th wedding anniversary and we enjoyed it very much!

My wife and I came here last Sunday for afternoon tea for our 3rd wedding anniversary after being given an experience voucher. We are so happy we chose to come here. The food was amazing. Sandwiches were delicious and the scones and cakes were fantastic! We had 4 scones in total so 2 more than other places we have gone for an afternoon tea (normally 1 each). My wife is pregnant so they replaced the alcohol without hassle and we were able to sit out in the sun when we asked. Our server was a girl called Zoe and she was fantastic. Very attentive, friendly and professional. She is a real credit to your team. We will definitely be coming back here in the future thank you for making our wedding anniversary really enjoyable.

More of a set of function suites than a hotel. We attended a Peaky Blinders murder mystery event with an overnight stay. Wonderful value. Very attentive staff who really wanted everyone to have a good time. One of our party had special dietary needs and the chef came to speak to her to make sure he got it right. Very impressed by that. Hotel rooms were large and clean. Very pretty grounds and a wedding was set up as we were leaving and it looked gorgeous. My only criticism was when we arrived no facilities to get a snack, only crisps on offer. Bars were not staffed. Breakfast was a very slow service. However we had a great overnight stay and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Lovely afternoon tea after saying our final goodbyes to a much loved member of our church congregation. The only downside was that the tea urn wasn't kept topped up with hot water and ran out quickly. The food was delicious.

I joined my friend who is in the photos for an afternoon tea that was a birthday gift from her family .It was a nice setting and a lovely selection of sandwiches and cake were set out . It was very quiet on the day we went.. We didn't feel rushed and was offered top up of tea & coffee.

Went here for a wedding (wasn't a guest at the hotel so cannot comment on rooms). Site is based on nice open grounds and kept clean. Staff were exceptional and every aspect of the wedding seemed to be well executed and flowed smoothly.

We were a group of 4 couples who stayed 2 nights at the Hadlow Manor Hotel. The staff were very friendly and the service was superb! The rooms were lovely and spacious with very comfortable beds. As for meals, there was plenty of choice both for breakfast and dinner and the food was of excellent quality. We can't recommend this place enough as we all thoroughly enjoyed our 'staycation' at the Hadlow Manor Hotel!

Amazing staff especially David & Matt no request was any trouble. Went out of their way to accommodate us. We had a beautiful wedding at this venue. Food was A++ the chef is a fantastic cook. We are very blessed and we could not have wished for a better venue. We had the perfect day in the perfect place with amazing staff.

A nice Hotel in lovely grounds. The food was delicious. I had the best Eggs Benedict ever. Proper gammon, it was so good. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Staff very nice.

My room was clean airy and bright, with all the necessary amenities. Staff were lovely, super friendly and helpful. I visited for a wedding and it was a beautiful venue, very spacious with a lovely patio area. Only negatives: my door didn't shut properly as a fire door should, I had to forcibly push it to get the latch to close which I imagine might've frustrated neighbouring rooms. Towel rail fell off the wall when picking up the hand towel, I had to re-fix it. The breakfast didn't have much in the way of veggie food but I don't know how much of that is down to the selection of the Bride/Groom.

Jack of all Traits 10/10 perfect for wedding. Victorian styled exterior with generous spacing. Stayed in Frontal room with gorgeous view. Used the large Hall for 70 to host ceremony, Dinner and Party. The food was superb and the Staff in all sectors were very kind and helpful. Overall fantastic experience and would definitely recommend

We went here for training for work. All facilities were clean, fresh and light.😊 Staff were friendly and helpful- especially as we entered the front door but we're supposed to have used the side entrance😜 My only query would be- tea and coffee on arrival- great for those that like but no water available for those who didn't! Really?😞 Buffet was tasty and fresh, chairs were comfortable (a major plus point when you are sitting for sometime!!)

A lovely location. Superior rooms were fabulous. Just check, before booking that there isn't a function there, unless you're attending, as can be rather noisy. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

We had an afternoon tea at Hadlow Manor on arrival we were lead to a back room bar area we were completely isolated from anyone else. The staff member who dealt with us was very helpfull and polite however it was a strange very quite environment until a manager passed and asked if we wanted some music on. The food came out and was perfect to be honest very tasty sandwiches and fresh scones and what tasted like homemade cakes were lovely. We left Hadlow Manor Happy with the overall experience however where we were sat was very out the way.

Just had an absolutely splended Easter Sunday roast here at Hadlow Manor and i have too say it was top top draw. All you can eat starters, massive huge main portions and the puddings were absolutely amazing. Catering for everyone, vegan, veggie and meat eaters everyone is welcome. For 3 of us we had one of the best 3 course roasts ever, everything was home made and the price was incredible value for money, trust me on that, they even throw in a pot of tea and coffee or water. I wish I'd taken some pictures for you but we just couldn't wait too eat, it was that great. Table Sevice was effortless, complements to the managers and their team. It's a beautiful place here and a bit off the beaten track but you'll be really glad you came, especially if the suns shining. Extensive selection of beverages, some that are locally sourced which you will find both tempting and really delightful. It was so good and we were so impressed that we're planning on coming back for my 49th Birthday in June. The staff were really polite, proactive and really really friendly. The Chef and the Kitchen Staff here really know how too cook exactly what you want and you can tell there is a real pride in their meals. We all felt the food tasted as good as if my Mother had made it herself. I have too rate this beautiful place, their food and their staff a whopping 1000/1000. Hadlow Manor is a must visit, too stay over or for their delicious dining. Trust me on that. You'll be really glad you did. Definitely a carvery too remember. Thanks Guys. Awesome job. Top Draw Dining at its ultimate best.

Absolutely superb service at this lovely Manor House hotel. I stayed during the busy Christmas Party period 2021; every member of staff was working tirelessly & flat out to look after groups attending Christmas party’s as well as other non-party guests. Although at this busy time the restaurant hours were restricted, as you would imagine, both Sun (restaurant) & Jodie (reception) provided a very personal, friendly & professional service, thank you, especially for the “off-menu” Irish Coffee (hard to come by these days!!! Best wishes to all the staff at Hadlow Manor Tonbridge
