Very helpful staff & bought some lovely rose bushes now all on the patio 😁

It’s in a lovely location and has a wide selection of beautiful roses to discover, just strolling through the displays is spellbinding. After a tour around the garden centre and maybe a few purchases you can enjoy a lovely lunch or afternoon tea and cake, all freshly prepared and homemade from the garden courtyard cafe. A most relaxing morning or afternoon out in the countryside.

After a busy week of hypnotherapy clients and workshops I had a wonderful, relaxing couple of hours visiting. Mooched around the roses which look stunning. A lovely bit of lunch, great service. Everything prepared and cooked fresh. Thank you

Incredible location and beautiful, high quality roses. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the website is excellent - easy to use and very comprehensive. Would recommend to anyone. Name Your Own rose is a fantastic gift idea too! Well done country garden roses!

We visit at least monthly. We've never had to wait too long for food. There's a good range of reasonably-priced tasty food. The staff are cheerful, and the sturdy outside tables are well-spaced around the grounds. A delight to visit, even if you're not a gardener.

Long narrow road but worth the effort to get there. Beautiful roses and lively youngsters serving snacks. Great setting with large house in background. Needs a little more professional marketing to get 5 stars. Unkempt in places

Visited earlier today to get a last minute retirement gift for a colleague. Staff were ultra helpful, in the end I got a 'name your own' rose (what a brilliant idea!). Lovely place, great staff, top cakes at tea room.

Love this place. So unlike all the Wyevale/Dobbies ones. Though haven't been recently. Mainly because I have had quite a few roses from them in the past, and they are all growing well still. Can't say the same for those from other places! You can buy a rose with a special name. Sister, SYLVIA, has one, and friends have a WEDDING BELLS one. Last time I went, I also got a lovely warm, gluten-free brownie. Not sure what they are doing now.

I had a rose delivered to a friend following a bereavement, my friend was overwhelmed by the gift, the presentation was stunning and the card with my personal message was lovely. It was also delivered on the day I specified and arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely be using Country Garden Roses again.

Why the adverse comments? It's a garden centre not The Ivy. Food & drink is served from a small kiosk. Nice tea, coffee & cakes. Delightful setting in wonderful countryside. Appears to specialise in roses but other plants available. All plants look very healthy.
