This is by far the best Tim’s in HRM. Even when I’m not in the area and want Tim’s I always go here. The staff are so friendly and the food is always very good. When I go to other Tim’s locations they can never make anything right and I swear every tims burns their bagels. But this location does all the food perfectly.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a larger order....usually at other stores, with so much ordered, the order is evidently wrong.....not this time! It was perfect 😃....nothing missed with attention to detail! Great work 👏

Their French vanilla is good. Most of items are not available. Like veg fries. Overall good

The Staff aren't overly friendly but the tea is always fresh and the bagels are nice and buttery.

Overall tim hortons has problems if you try to customize anything on their menu. If you ask for a different cheese there’s about a 50% chance they will do it. That’s at all Tim Hortons locations.
Overall this Tim’s is good. I wish they would bring back the cinnamon bun though. Good customer service.

It’s quick, clean, and always ready to go. I visit this location regularly during my morning walk and the staff are polite and professional. Their selection of donuts, food, and beverages is enormous and fresh. Nothing bad to say about early morning visits here. Thank you to the staff and owner.

Some seating area is available at this location (Jan 2022). I ordered via mobile, and the staff seemed a bit disorganized in figuring out who ordered what and what was actually made, but they did manage to get my orders correctly. Seems like a busy location with lots of customers. Plenty of parking available nearby as this location is located in the middle of a shopping plaza.

The morning/day shift are absolutely phenomenal, I can't say enough good things about them! The only thing about this location that needs work is the drive through situation and the fact that there...really isn't an efficient drive through as it blocks the actual road way and could potentially cause accidents with some of the people who drive in this city and don't pay attention.

Daytime shift are so friendly and very accurate with orders. Night shift however never get your order right and don’t seem to care. I can’t post 2 separate reviews on this place, so dayshift gets 5 stars, night shift however only deserves 1 star.

Wow! a Total 360 the new staff is Straight forward direct and quick. the best ever for this store. and they don"t ask to repeat your order just to be smart aleck. It seems of the past. Keep it up Great service & friendliness.
