Sunny Nelson Real Fruit Icecream

Stunning ice cream, second to none, but let me tell you these guys go above and beyond on customer service. I hired Sunny Nelson for four days at Fieldays and the way they accommodated site access issues that were not their doing really impressed me. With access denied, I expected them to take off and leave me with a melting problem to deal with but that's not the way Sunny Nelson does things. It took time. A lot of time out of their day, but they stuck with me and all problems were solved. Super positive through the challenging start - again caused by me, not them - and they saved my rear end. Thank you so much for everything. I have less than zero hesitation in recommending Sunny Nelson to any event. Great products and even better service. Bravo!

Got the mango ice cream mix in the photo. Brilliant. Real mango pieces, even right down to the mango fibres (see the spoon photo, that isn't hair). Took a while to receive our order as there were a lot of other people, it was a hot day, and they make 'em fresh. Got blueberry and banana ice cream mix, as well as passionfruit yogurt mix on a separate day... The banana needed more banana, as it tasted like vanilla ice cream with a hint of banana. Other two were great, would recommend the yogurt more than the ice cream. The prices are a bit up there, but are worth it for the spend. The small is $5, so it would set you back a 2L tub, but I mean, spoil yourself every once in a while! 4 stars as a result of the wait times on both occasions, and the banana. Would return though, especially over the summer!
