Went to wing night Thursdays. Got there early and the first set of wings came out pretty quickly. Ordered both types of wings and both were perfectly nice, however after 6pm people started coming in. Bar staff were serving one at a time and seemed to have no idea how to use the ordering system, at points had 3 confused staff trying to do the basics. Last order was just before 7pm, there was one person at the bar in front of me, ordering a normal order, I was waiting over 10mins to be served. Ordered one set of wings in that order. Waited 45mins had our drinks and left without ever receiving the wings. 2 stars because the wings were good but the service was terrible Update have returned to this venue and it's a completely different vibe. Service was fast and wings were great. Really impressed with the turn around

The wings are probably the worst I've ever eaten. They are crumbed which makes for a soft disgusting skin underneath. They also tasted like reheated chicken which tells me they are likely not fresh. Fries and slaw were good though. I had a cheeseburger and fries o my second visit and this is the best burger I've had in Hamilton. Excellent!
