I cannot recall how long it's been since visiting a McDonald's outlet - seriously, it's a long time.
I'm not even sure what prompted this visit, but I am really happy with the effort this time. The service was great, the place was clean and the food was definitely worth waiting for, not that we waited long.
I have been told that the Frankton McDonald's is one of the better ones.

I only bought an ice cream here so can't really rate the food overall, i used the online kiosk so minimum customer service and it wasn't a busy time of day so overall for what I experienced it was a solid 4 star...and yes of course I would visit again.

Was very impressed with greeting at the drive-through, service, very friendly staff at the ordering station and pick up. Plus we got tissues and sauce ,salt with our order. This was old-school service that is how it should be. Great work keep it up Frankton Morning staff. 😊😊

Food n service on point. Only downside was some of the tables were not wiped down, maybe due to shortage of staff? Playground was nice n clean tho 👌

Came in yesterday morning for a coffee and bite to eat wile waiting for my car to get new tyres.
Was quiet and not busy which was great for me.
Food was average.
But my cappuccino coffee from mc Cafe was great 👍

The atmosphere depends on what time you visit McDonalds. We went like 8am in the morning. There was hardly anyone and we enjoyed the silence and the playground. I just say that Frankton McDonald is one big complex with plenty of seating available. The playground was empty and our nieces had a blast. There is also a rocket style play slide just outside and the other play side is under the roof. There are multiple stations where you can order and pay for your order. Very easy .... We enjoyed the space and the playground.

Friendliest staff, went over and beyond with helping me and my 2 little ones.
Indoor playground suitable for confident climbers, not so much for my 1 year old.
It's really crowded when there's 5 or more children in the play area - space is limited.
Food, as expected.
