There was only one waitress doing everything in the front. Tables had not been cleared. She was taking orders, seating people, and running the cash register. Finally, another waitress came in. While we were there, people from the back came up and ran the register. Tables still hadn't been cleared when we left.

Love the coziness of this restaurant! The salad bar is amazing. Variety of delicious dressing and fresh greens! A welcome thing in 2023 as most places don't offer that much anymore! I appreciated Jess and her attention to my needs as i did not go without anything during my visit! Would recommend and return!

Kelvin at the Bridge Waterfalls location was awesome, provided excellent customer service, friendly, and professional. He got our order right and the food was delicious. Give him a raise!

Went through drive thru on a Saturday evening. Very busy. The gentleman taking order was nice and took my order. Brandon waited on me and he was very busy, but was friendly and double checked our order, and we were outta there. Very good experience. Thanks Brandon

This was my first time here. I ordered a steak and cheese sub fries and Mac and cheese. The sub was good. The Mac and cheese tasted like kraft you know the one with powdered cheese and the noodles tasted undercooked or something. The fries were ok.

I honestly love this place.
The servers are always great! HOT FOOD & FAST! Anytime I head through the drivethru, the workers there are always polite and respectful & always get my food correct. I’m super thankful for the customer service & the wonderful food! You guys rock! 🫡

Went to the bridgewater location and the food and service was excellent! We’ve been a few times over the last two years and the food and service hasn’t always been the greatest but tonight they stepped up their game. Sounds like they have a new cook and the waitress was very friendly and attentive. Great job to the staff tonight 8/4/22!

Since COVID began our frisches location has been in dire need of quality employees. We had actually sworn off this location at one point because of the poor customer service and quality of food. I am happy to report that this is no longer the case. We have dines in 3 times in the last week and the service and food quality have been superb every time! I would truly like to recognize shay who has been the grill cook on all of our recent visits. Her work ethic and attention to detail are evident in everything she makes. I cannot recall the name of our server but she was the only server on the floor at that time and was very attentive to our 5 year old son. You have a great crew at the Princeton road location, keep up the good work!

Food was extremely fresh and hot! Unfortunately, my sandwich was not correct ..... I ordered 1/4 cheeseburger no lettuce and they rang it as a New Butcher Burger.. I asked the girl at the speaker twice if she was sure that was how it was supposed to be put in and was told yes that was the burger... Not at all what I planned for, I didn't want one of the new sandwiches, just wanted the 1/4lb cheeseburger with cheese and tartar sauce no lettuce....

Visited this restaurant on 4/9/22 after taking a hiatus due to issues in the past at this (and many others) location. We have no idea what/who has changed at this location, but WOW! The service we received was absolutely fantastic. Food on the bar was fresh and replenished several times while we were there. The manager was visible and working just as hard (at times harder) than the wait staff and other staff members. It was a pleasant change to see this level of teamwork. It was evident that they were short staff, but they did not allow that to stop them from completely orders and taking pride in their work. Great job! You have changed our minds and opinion of this establishment!
