Love firehouse subs. This last time I had a group of teenage boys helping us and they were really doing their best and were so polite. Short wait for food and just what we asked for. I'll always return for that cheddar brisket and BBQ sauce!

I like Firehouse subs. But I have a complaint. If you ask for extra toppings you won’t get it. For example, if I ask for extra onions, I still get the minimum amount. Often they don’t add the side pickle even when you specifically remind them.

The sandwich was perfect. The bread was perfectly toasted. The restaurant was clean and workers were very patient and helpful. I am a picky eater and they made my sandwich just as I asked.
