The review is about our take-out experience a few days ago. We ordered a small dinner via GrubHub, Fish & Chips and an HTG house salad. The food was good, the portion sizes quite generous, the ingredients seemed very fresh. All in all, we were quite satisfied with our dinner. Good and positive experience.

Our huge 49ers group came here for a game last month and it was awesome! The staff were so helpful and took care of our large group, despite being short staffed. I will absolutely be back again. Thanks for hosting us. Go Niners!
PS: the other thing I really appreciated was the flexibility to have so many different tabs going at the same time and only one server to help this huge group was pretty awesome.? She had a great personality and was beyond friendly to us. Oh, and the owner dropped $20 into our raffle bucket. Awesome!!!

Beer and appetizers were good. Good atmosphere, nice staff. Main course of fish and chips wasn't the best. Chips were good but the fish.. texture was oddly gummy.. not flakey. My wife had the steak and said it was grisly..

Above average pub fare. My ribs were very good. But the fries. Wow! Excellent fries. Too bad I don't drink though. This place has a great beer menu.

My wife and I, along with her family, had the pleasure of visiting Hamilton Tap & Grill this weekend (7/2 & 7/3).
Waldo was able to make last-minute arrangements for our group of 12 to have dinner there Saturday night. Our server (Rachel) was fantastic!
Then on Sunday night, we attended an after-wedding party there. Danny, our bartender/server was fantastic!
If we are ever in the area again, we will DEFINITELY go back.
Oh yeah... The food was great too! And reasonably priced.

The Buffalo chicken dip is amazing!!! 5 stars because I loved the food but the service was slow and there was a VERY loud sports team club in one room and I had to yell to talk to the person I went with.

Pros....Extensive beer menu, wait staff is excellent, swift and speedy service. Cons..mixed drinks left much to be desired in taste and presentation. Food left alot to be desired.. chicken Pesto Flatbread was okay but they should lighten up on the pesto as the bread becomes soggy, the grouper was definitely not fresh (I was comped for it) the wings were the only silver lining.
