Pizza Hut

3rd time ordering from this place in the last 2 months. We enjoy the pizza everytime. My concern is that the delivery drivers keep parking in my neighbours driveway. All 3 times they parked there. My recent delivery (less than an hour ago) the driver pulled into my neighbours driveway as my neighbour was getting home and had to honk at your driver to get out of their driveway because they were blocking it. I don't live in an area that parking is difficult. I live on a side street with parking on both sides and currently only one car on the entire street as I type this. Tell your drivers to stop being lazy and pissing off my neighbour or I will have to start ordering from a different pizza place that can grasp this very easy concept.

There is a reason why this pizza hut has bad reviews. They have poor customer service. And even if they try to right the wrong it's almost always useless. I have many things to say on my experience but to keep it simple, just don't order from here. Picture of how my delivery order was left

We ordered the triple treat box this evening. We had to repeat we wanted 7up three separate times to the cashier. We received our pizza in a decent amount of time. When we opened our order, the wings were not what we ordered. The wings are missing sauce and are not the bone-in wings we paid extra for. The garlic sticks did not have cheese on them either, but we paid for it. Unfortunately this is the 3rd time we have received a wrong order. We tried to contact the store, and were hung up on twice before giving up and contacting head office.

ordered delivery. it was fast and the delivery service is always good, some delivery employees are better then others. however the order is always wrong or there is some sort of issue with dealing with the inside staff. customer service is horrendous as well and the lady I often talk to when there is a problem is hard to understand

I have only ordered twice using the app on my iPad but both times I received the wrong order. The first instance I ordered the special $5 extra special pizza as an add-on to my order. I never received it. The second time ordered a vegetarian pizza and got the Thursday special pizza with pepperoni and sausage. I am a vegetarian. The pizza went in the garbage. What a waste! I don’t think I will ever order anything on this app again as you guys don’t seem to have it together.
