You actually speak with a human being.The best of everything service excellent, they don't put u on hold, plenty of toppings,very quick delivery always hot. Understanding prices went up but still so worth it give it a try u won't regret

One of my favourite places to eat. This place been good since I was a high-school student. I love the taste of the pizza.

Been ordering here for over 10 years and I can assure you that this place is one of best places to have fresh and quality pizzas in Hamilton. The owner truly cares about his customers, and always make food beyond their expectations. Employees are professional and offer excellent service.

How do you screw up a customer order?, They can........
You tell them several times how you want your order , and upon delivery the order is completely wrong. Then when you call them to advise the order is wrong they call you a liar.
With so many Pizza parlors in the Hamilton area, dont waste your time at this location. I wonder if Public Health has ever inspected this location.
Crust is burnt, the ingredients do not appear to be fresh., if they get your order right. Cleanliness appears to be an issue as well as masking.

Best pizza in the city. Never been disappointed, I live out of their delivery area, worthy the drive to pickup. Five topping large pick up special is a fantastic deal.

The dough was so thin I couldn't see it and it was wet and soggy. Manager said well that's what they left for me this am. No assistance and no rectifying. Shame on you. Threw out what they felt was a good pizza. Not going back. Had issues and never complained this time we had enough.

I've been ordering from Gino's exclusively for the past year or so. Many years ago, I had my own pizza/wing place and worked hard to make sure my customers got what they ordered and in good time.
I always want my pizza cooked well done, so that the toppings don't slide off when you pick it up lol.
They do a great job every time and it seems I have the same delivery man every time also - he's fast, polite and friendly!!! Keep up the good work!!!
