Queue jumping by regulars
The barista who was serving me looked embarrassed when I pulled up the male barista who served the regular ‼️
I did complain but I was shrugged off by the male barista in that the young woman was making mine but he made the regular’s coffee
He did not mention that he came and hogged the coffee machine to make his coffee

Smaller cafe area near retail park. It's quieter than the rest and has a calm atmosphere.
It also has a drive through if you don't want to get out of the car.

Paris took such good care of my daughter who has coeliac disease, taking care to listen to her and understand how to reduce the chances of cross contamination for her hot chocolate. Paris really went above and beyond which we both appreciated so much. My daughter tried to leave her own review but it didn’t work out- anyway she wanted Paris to get a promotion because she made her feel so special!

I love visiting Starbucks at Hamilton Retail Park. The staff are really friendly and always happy to help when I can’t decide on a drink. They give great advice and always make amazing drinks up for me. The cafe is clean and tidy. An ideal spot to sit in to relax or do some work. There are always parking spaces available too!
