Krispy Kreme

Soooo OK I had to try it I went for a dozen fresh glaze they were amazing as normal but this Krispy Kreme soft serve is a waste of money if they had a regular vanilla flavored soft serve that would be cool but the donut flavor was terrible and I tried the version that was the strawberry iced which is kind of strawberry glaze that gets hard after you put it on it taste like medicine

Extremelyyyyyyyy slow like how long does it take to put donuts 🍩 in a box however I sit in drive-thru almost 20mins then get to window and they have no clue where my order is located very young staff look like bunch teenagers with no leadership in place or sense of urgency to get the orders out in timely manner

Ever watch a Krispy Kreme get its glaze on? Me either, until this Labor Day that is! Call me lucky too but there was NO wait and no complaints here, service was friendly and fast and we got to watch how these guys are made which was cool. The cake batter filled (yellow one with polka dots) was mine, yumm I’d recommend that donut!

How lazy and incompetent. I ordered an assorted dozen through doordash and it was advertised by Krispy Korean as 2 glazed original, 2 chocolate glazed original, 4 jelly filled, etc.. Once my order arrived, I checked the box and realized the $18.19 I paid for an assorted dozen ended up being a $10.10 original glazed. Clearly this is an example of lazy and incompetent employees who do not care about customer service. This is absolutely ridiculous and there is obviously no management here to ensure quality control. To allow your company to cheat a customer out of their money simply because the customer trusted that your business would do the right thing (integrity) is absolutely unacceptable and embarrassing. I will never order from you again and I hope your other customers will hold you accountable as well. Training, new management and quality control is what’s needed at this store and I hope the owner realize this and makes the appropriate changes. I don’t want a refund because Doordash has already refunded me a portion of the order. I don’t want an apology because with lazy and incompetent people, apologies are never sincere. I just want to give my feedback and hope the owner will see it and actually care.
