I love me some greens but they need more seasoning and should be cooked thoroughly . The shrimp, fish, mac & cheese were great. Chesapeake, Greenbriar location still have Hampton beat.

Went to Golden Corral for lunch. Lots and lots of different food to select from. Anything from freshly grilled steak, meat loaf, sliced turkey, large butterfly shrimp, pizza, breakfast and all the side fixings. Plus a large salad and desert bar. Fountain of chocolate and freshly made dinner rolls. Walked out of there happily stuffed. You will be pleased also.

We had a large hungry group and wanted something quick but. It fast food with lots of variety for all the different people. Yes, there were a lot of choices but almost none of them were very good. Guess you just can’t get good food on a buffet. The steak, freshly cooked, was very good. The place was dirty but our server was pretty good.

Normally the food is kept fresh but not this time. We went in around 3 and the food appeared to have been out for quite awhile. However the pot roast was delicious even though the mashed potatoes were not hot. As we were leaving I saw them putting out food for dinner.

Took my great niece there after going to a movie. She liked being able to fix her own plate. I like being able to get good food that she'll eat. When we got there they was just transitioning from breakfast to lunch. So we had a choice of both. Everything was fresh, hot & delicious.

Good experience @ about 2:30pm. Attentive table staff who refilled our drinks and cleared and cleaned table between our trips to buffet. Everything we ate was fresh except a pancake I got was a bit old, but staff noticed and put more on to cook. Managers were visible out front in the restaurant, hustling to make sure food and restaurant looked good. I like this time of day, not too crowded yet.

I look over the fried chicken and greens( not the collards the others) cabbage on point and fried okra. Salad bar excellent. Only complaint was some desserts...the strawberries were shriveled and dark, and cake was extremely dry. Asked thee attendant for tongs and he waved me off like I was bothering him. Desserts area could've been tidier and better customer relations, everything and everyone else was great.
