Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I ordered today about my order from the app and I can not get in contact about my order. I’ve contacted doordash and tried calling their suite about my order. I didn’t receive my other smoothie and instead of a Santa Fe Chicken quesadilla i’ve received a hummus wrap. Doordash had tried contacted them and no one answered. I just want my money back.

This location was very unsanitary. A couple of employees had gloves on that wasn't changed often enough, while others didn't have any on. The staff is very unprofessional and not friendly. They joke and play around too much while there is a line waiting to be served. I ordered two smoothies. One was done real quick. Had to wait 15 minutes for the second one. I saw the girl put all the ingredients in the blender but didn't put it on the machine to blend and then proceeded to make 3 other smoothies while my smoothie sat on the open counter with other employees reaching over it. Not saying I would never come back here, but management needs to get staff in order. Too many workers for them to be so unorganized.

As I walked in to get my order, everyone just stared at me. No one said hello or even offered to assist me. I then proceeded to go and find my order and to find the straws but the place is so unsanitary I just get my order and leave. As I am walking out one of the employees yells good night and everyone started laughing. I am inclined to believe that no one wanted to work tonight as everyone was rude. As a business owner, I would never allow a customer to be spoken to or treated that way. I will not be dining here any longer. Despite the convenience of the location, I would much rather rather travel to a different location

Waited an hour for food…it was pita and a smoothie. The employees are clearly disorganized and not working together or communicating because there was more than enough people to handle the Sunday rush. We got attitude when following up about the wait instead of an apology. At the end it all tasted bad. Extremely disappointing don’t go here.

See all other 1 star reviews and I second them. I am sure that the smoothie blenders are not washed per company OR USDA food service standards since they were all stacked, used, and just run under water before being used again. The outside not being washed. If you have a nut allergy DO NOT EAT HERE. Also the music was way too loud to be able to hear the employees when ordering.

Really loved this place but this did it for me. The lumps left in my Smoothie weren't even dissolvable! When I called to complain I was hung up on after explaining the situation to the employee. I called right back asked the young lady could I speak with the manager and low and behold it was the manager who had hung up on me. So unprofessional but professionally RUDE. This was my go to spot but I guess I'll be relocating.
