7-eleven

No stars really. My friend was at this seven eleven and this is what was written on FB So a few hours ago at the Seven Eleven 900 Aberdeen Blvd Hampton I was behind an older gentleman in line. He was trying to purchase a cup of coffee and a bunch of lottery tickets. He gave the cashier a 100 dollar bill. The other attendant by the name of Robin said to the man in the rudest manner, ‘I can’t take that bill’…..why?….asked the customer….she had the nerve to say because I said so. The older gentleman held his ground and grab more money from his pocket so he could pay the attendant. Robin was her name- she was so nasty looking and acting. 🤮 What is really going on here? It was so unnecessary. We gotta go back to great customer service at all times. As for me, I can’t go back there and that is being nice. It does not cost a things to be nice! It is free! “Because I said so” Let that marinate! 7 Do not be deceived:(A) God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.(B) Galatians6:7 let’s reap love🙏🏾

One nite in December 2018, at 2am I needed gas and this location had a sign in the window it was closed for computer system issues. The one down the street at Briarfield was closed with the doors locked with no explanation at all and the one on PowerPlant Parkway & Pembroke childishly closes every night from 2-4 am for 'maintenance'. These are all supposed to be 24 hour stores and I wrote corporate and they did nothing. Also, I never liked 7-11 anyway because while they sell western union money orders all nite, they won't cash them, which is stealing. How can you sell something and not service it?
