Krispy Krunchy Chicken

They have great chicken, my husband loves them, so even though when we order them through Doordash they continously get our order wrong, but he always wants that chicken. And of course I let Doordash know when the order is wrong. Today I placed an order and they canceled it and then called me, the man said they would no longer fill and orders by us and to never order there again. He was extremely rude. It is clear that instead of properly filling orders they would obviously prefer to not care and cancel orders rather than just doing their job right.

Just ordered food from there for the first time ever. Never again. The mashed potatoes were old and just reheated they looked like. The gravy was crunchy and congealed on top. I didn’t get all of my food I paid for either. I got the 4 piece chicken tenders and one of them looked like a little nugget. So I really just got 3. The fries were rubbery and tasted old also. And didn’t even get the extra biscuits I ordered for someone here at work. And the one that came with the meal was hard and burnt. I really think I got yesterdays or the day befores food. Like I said never again.

I come here often and the first time today I decided since our stove was broke I would order their chicken and use my EBT which I got since I was partially laid off. After the women took my order behind the food counter and all the other customers were gone (about25 min) I walked up to the counter to ask how much longer on food. She immediately began talking down to me. She said I wasnt special and theire were other people ahead of me. Which I was aware thats why I waited till everyone was gone and I didnt hear any movement behind counter I wantes to ask on time. She vegan calling me a cracker and saying I was trash beacause I was using my food stamps. I went to gentleman working cashier and asked for my money back. I wasnt going to wait anither 25 min and let her talk about me to customers and say racist remarks to me. The man would not do refund and she refused to make my food. I waited for 30 more min for manager to arrive to do refund. I walk back into store to see how much longer till manager arrived and that same women was gossiping to a customer and pinted me out when I walked in. I told her as a black women she should know better to slander another for skin color. I did not get ugly until she kept putting me down. She should be ashamed of her and I pittied the children she raises. More so management would not tell her to stop talking about me and being rude. Management did nothing I still wait for my refund.

I Came here yesterday and got 7 Dip and Dots ice cream the guy at the counter charge me 10 @ 2.99. Total came to $29.90 thank goodness I never left the store because was wondering why it was so much when I only got 7 not 10. Mind you he threw the groceries receipt away. I paid with my EBT. So anyways i told the guy that he over charge me by 3 and he said no you left the store am like no I been standing here the whole time my bf was with me. So I recount and it was 7. The guy that rung me up kept saying I got 10 so I give him the bag and he counted saying 10 I told him to recount his number and I also count it for him as well since he don’t know math. Afterward he said oh yeah you Right you right. So he refund me my 8.97 back into my EBT. What am saying is PLEASE WATCH THESE INDIAN OR WHATEVER THEY ARE WHILE THEY RING YOUR ITEMS UP THEY LIKE TO CHEAT AND OVER CHARGE PEOPLE. Would give this place a Zero if they have an option.

I've had my BP card since 1981, and I have an above average credit rating. My card wouldn't work at the pumps there a few weeks back. The staff couldn't explain what was wrong, and I had trouble understanding them due to their accents. I paid with my card at the counter. The whole point of the card is to get gas quickly and not to have to go inside. The place is nice and new, but I now go to a BP in Portsmouth where I work. There is NO problem with my card at their pumps!
