Just got home and opened up my sub to a random hair sitting on the cheese. Not to mention the young men in there had no clue how to properly make a sandwich. The one kid even asked me did I want my sandwich cut? Like at what subway have you been to where they ask if you want your sandwich cut. I called to complain and the phone was busy. Go figure. Never going to this location again.

I ordered a tuna sub online with specific directions to toast and just onions and lettuce. Tomatoes don't sit well with me and this is what I got (see pic). My sandwich had tomatoes, Barely tuna on the and it wasn't even toasted. Needlessly to say never going back here since this is true third time they got my ordered wrong. Read the order people!!!

All three sandwiches had something wrong with them. There was enough mayo on two tomatoes for 3 different sandwiches.

When we arrived a man in a wheelchair was sitting helpless infront of the store. My husband had to help him in, but only one door was open. The workers trying tell him that both doors don’t open and his wheelchair wouldn’t fit. I understand you were somewhat busy but to stare and not help a handicapped person who was sitting outside the door for ten minutes trying to get help? My husband said BS and found a way to open both doors to help the man fit through and get in since workers didn’t want to help. There was also stuff piled infront of the door his wheelchair was getting caught on, which my husband also helped with. When the man went to pay he told the lady he had the exact change, which she just rolled her eyes and didn’t even give him the time. He seemed to have some sort of muscular problem maybe, he couldn’t move or extend his arms/ hands too much as they were close to his chest. She put the change (which he tried to avoid) and food on his counter out of his reach and just stared at him as he struggled. My husband had to help. Terrible customer service!! Sickened to see someone in need treated in such a way.

I was an employee at this Subway for over a year, less than a year and a half. At first, it was great. My attitude wasn’t always the greatest but I loved working here. I was and am still learning and growing as a person. I should have noticed the red flag when I was first hired and a handful of people had quit (which is why they were hiring). Our store manager became pregnant and the store owners never hired a CLEAR replacement. There was absolutely no leadership and I felt as if I was put into a difficult position. One owner expected me to come in and make sure the previous shift completed the duties while the other owner expected none of this from me.(They are married so I dont understand why the messages weren't consistent). The messages were very misleading. The lack of leadership led to several problems between myself and some coworkers. At this point in time, I was the only employee who has worked at this specific store for as long as I did. (I had received 2 raises during my time here) Some of the issues were deserved, but some...not so much. I placed a complaint multiple times and the issue was NOT addressed for THREE MONTHS. In that three months, the emotional turmoil only got worse and so did my relationship with my coworkers. A meeting finally took place and I felt as though the owners believed I deserved to be treated the way I was because on some occasions I was “rude.” As someone who suffers from clinical depression and severe anxiety, I punished myself enough for causing my coworkers to not like me. I tried. I really did. Eventually I just had to quit. My relationship with my coworkers weren’t the only problem. The owners expected way too much of us and we often could not complete tasks as we were frequently understaffed for the amount of customers we received (customers were often either very understanding or horribly rude to us.) Fast forward to picking up my last check and 4 other people had quit, as evident by the amount of checks left to be picked up. This place has a horrible turn over rate, and its for many reasons. Don’t work here. I don’t regret walking out on my second to last shift. (Two weeks already turned in.) I now work at a wonderful place that has clear and well respected management. Will never return to this store for as long as I live in the area.

I used to love coming here but now it’s new people working here wit attitudes. Especially the females. Just left there about 30 minutes ago and the lady that did my sandwich was very unwelcoming. I used to leave tips but there’s no way I am leaving one for the people they have working.
On top of that I ordered cookies. I found a long piece of hair in it. That is so gross and unsanitary. She must’ve touched her hair or something. I won’t be back.
