I Love😍 me some Papa Johns! It is great tasting and better ingredients. My order got messed but they took care of me and fixed it with no issues. Customer service is OUT-FREAKING-STANDING! That is always a plus for me. I'll keep coming back just for that👍🏾 but the pizza is good anyway!

If you get 1/2 cheese 1/2 with toppings...its like your are only getting 2 slices of cheese pizzas. You might says..what's so bad about a pizza with a lot of toppings? Well because I'm buying a pizza and not a salad bar. The cheese side was for my kids and they were upset. Yeah we picked it off but it wasnt a fight I was wanting to have on a Friday night with my kids. Also, keep in mind if you order more than one topping you apparently have to ask for extra cheese because if not it's just. Crust,marinara, and toppings...to say the least I'm none too happy with my over priced pizza. Owell. Ill stick with Marcos next time. Oh and they now just give 1 pepperoncini, but that could just be by " per store" thing

Do not order additional sides.
1 out the last 5 times I have ordered additional sided I have received them. The rest of the time I did not.

Placed an online order at 6ish with a 7:00 delivery. At 6:45 we received a call stating they did not have any chicken wings. Totally unacceptable. Why did it take 30+ minutes to receive their call? Not to mention we were not offered a discount on our order for the inconvenience. Shame on you Papa John's! Domino's will now be our first priority!

Never ordering from Papa Johns again. One of their employees helped themselves to a generous $10 tip on a CARRYOUT order. I got the full $40 refund and was assured the person who did it would be terminated. I never heard back for a confirmation on the termination. Tread carefully, I was a regular at this place and got royally screwed.

I have been a regular Papa Johns customer for years. Discovered the brand up in college. This store is the one closes t to where I live. I have never had and real issue with an order I have placed. Over all have had a positive experience and plan to remain a customer in the future.

I love Papa John's pizza, but this particular location is very disappointing. Food arrives super late, rarely properly heated, and half the time not even fully cooked. My pizza arrived cold and the crust was doughy. Not the first time it has happened. Shame.
