Our first time here and we loved the food.
We picked up take out at the bar & the bartender was great!
I think her name was Katie.
Burger tasted like it was cooked on a grill & the fried chicken sandwich was fried to perfection.
Sweet fried pickles were delicious & so were the fries.
Good vibe, diverse crowd & tasty food; we will come back again.

If you are a wing fan, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. Easily the best wings in Hampton Roads. Great food and the owner is SUPER nice. This was our first time but we will be back soon. LOVED PHOEBUS DIVE BAR!!!!

First time here. Cherry smash was excellent. Very friendly atmosphere, extremely chill and mellow (Monday night). If your looking for a night cap to unwind this is the place to go. Chicken wings were perfectly cooked, sauce was amazing.

Friendly place to fellowship. Owners, bartenders, and cooks always checking to see that you're doing well. Good food and drinks. Had visited every day of the week and had enjoyed myself no matter what day I am there.

The prices were good and it has a fun atmosphere. Nicely decorated theme, there's a couple pool tables and a jukebox.

I think this place has changed ownership a few times and I may have reviewed it before under a different name. The inside is still decorated in a nautical type theme and the dining area seemed clean and had a nice atmosphere. We came in as one of the stops on our poker run. The place was at capacity and the bartender was still able to serve us quickly. There is a small patio out back and it seems like they could spend a little money and extend the dining area to the sidewalk to increase their capacity pretty easy. I don't think they had PBR otherwise I would have gave them 5 stars. 🤣🤪 🍺 🍺 🍻
