I only gave a star bc you can't leave it at 0! This place seems like it's never going to clean up anything. The dining room was disgusting, there tables looked like they have not been cleaned off in a week. The floor had food and trash all over. The drink station had trash all beside it. The staff is still as rude as always. Not one smile or "how can I help you?", I don't see how this place is still open for business. I've worked in fast food restaurants that stayed busier than here and the dining room was never nasty. Two people in drive thru ordering and one other than us ordering inside. NO ONE cleaning the dining room, just standing around or playing with their phone. When asked for a water cup, cashier was snappy and quick to roll her eyes. Just goes to show that there's no team effort, it any effort, to make this a better place.

I dislike leaving bad reviews, however in this case I've been left with no choice. I visited this location to purchase some food for my kids and myself, and I should've observed the red 🚩 🚩 🚩when while in the drive through, the young lady who took my order had no idea what I was ordering even though I ordered directly from the menu board. After I ordered, I had to drive around and wait for someone to bring it out. Then, when the young lady brought it out, she just handed me the bags and walked off. Upon opening the bag, one of the meal boxes had no bottom. I mean, as soon as I picked up the box, the food fell out in the bag. Also, we ordered three combos and they didn't even give us our drinks. I went inside, and tried to get their attention and nobody, I mean nobody as much as looked at me. I returned to my truck and called the restaurant, but nobody answered. When we got home and started eating the chicken, the inside was barely cooked and full of oil. I gathered it and threw it out. I'm not one to return food, because of the horror stories I've heard, so I'd rather suffer the loss. It's my first time buying from this restaurant and it's definitely my last.

Order K6 got this, no spoon I guess they expected me to eat my mashed potatoes with my hands, and check your chicken several of my pieces still had feathers on them, very disappointed. Mar. 22:Have done better here lately, although I went to the drive-thru, despite big signs in the windows saying drive-thru open, it was not I had to go inside to order. Apr. 13 no straw, napkins, or utensils, biscuit hard as a rock. Ask for original Crunchy why do I bother keep coming back to this place.

Hi. I live in the Lovejoy/Hampton, GA area and love to trade in my neighborhood. I had a lot of issues with this KFC and never reported it. I started going to the Griffin, GA location. I decided to give it another try and low and behold they were not open at 11:30am on Friday, May 20, 2022 nor Saturday, May 21, 2022. On both occasions, people were seated in the inside and cars in the parking lot. I’m finished with this location.

Horrible experience! This will be my last time coming to this place…. I waited for at least 5 min saying hello constantly at the intercom.. i was about to pull off until a rude girl asked if she could take my order… so I told her what I wanted and she told me to pull forward…she told me no price or anything. So I get to the window it was a different lady with a better attitude thank God. Now don’t get me wrong if KFC was packed I could understand but there was only 1 car on feont of me and the lobby was empty….

The Trash cans was overflowing, tables were dirty had food on them, there was dried up spills on the floor to where I can hear my steps on the floor, the bathroom’s both men and women’s were dirty (1 out of 2toilets were in service). Employee’s were out of uniform chicken cook was in a undershirt and walking around talking in the phone. We got half of our order to put the icing on the cake.
