Pizza Hut

If you want a wrong order this is the place to go. After giving my order in person twice and waited 15 minutes I got a totally different order. Ok, they agreed to charge me $1.50 and make what I ordered, surely enough I thought it couldn't be wrong as I spoke directly to the baker this time....sure enough it was wrong....please. how are they still in operation? My niece love pizza but im trying by all means not to go back....waste of 40 minutes and two wrong order.

Ordered contactless curbside. Arrived. Three or four workers inside. Sat. Sat. Watching a worker on phone while one other worker dancing. Sat and waited. Mind you, there was no button on phone to press to let these workers know we are out in front waiting. Cant call because one is on the phone. When we alerted her to this, her response was "Oh."

If I could give no stars I would. This has to be the most undescribably disgusting service I have ever dealt with. Whenever they closed down the first time they should have stayed closed. I'm an avid Pizza Hut eater, and this is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever visited. The service is always bad with rude workers. The order is NEVER correct. Rather ordering online, on the phone, or coming in. Just all around TRASH!!

Order included wings and meat pizza. Wings were great. I ate the wings first. I ordered blue cheese dip and could not find it in the wing bag. Later I found the dip in the pizza box. Disappointed with the pizza. First issue was I did not receive the crust ordered. Not enough sauce which created a dry pizza and sauce did not cover the pizza. Only saw 4 slices of pepperoni. The other meat ingredients were so finely sliced/chopped I could not distinguish the different flavors by taste or visually.

My family and I were passing through, kids asked for pizza. All I can say is the young gentleman with glasses set the bar on our pizza. We have never had a pizza as soft, thick but fluffy like cotton candy crust, cheese & pepperoni was baked to perfection. My kids are now asking can we drive back to that place Saturday and get more pizza! Wish I knew his name along with the two young ladies up front. They all look like high schoolers working on Labor Day weekend .

My P'zone had good quality: it was cheesy and soft; there was ample icing on the Cinnabons, which I'm really happy they have now. I would so much hate to have to work there. There are signs printed out from the computer in several places threatening employees with being docked or fired, it appears, if they put too much cheese, etc, on something. It was in all caps and it repeated how horrible the inventory was. It was very uncomfortable to see those posted around the viewable kitchen. It seems like it would be a very threatening and nervousness-inducing environment to work in. Hampton, South Carolina Pizza Hut on Elm St.
