The slowest subway ever. Spent half hour waiting for my order with no other customer ?! Hasn't the staff been trained to provide a service efficiently ?? Definitely didn't receive food handling training, carrying delivery orders tablet while handling ingredients at the same time.. Can't believe anyone would be happy with their business being run this way.

Worst subway I’ve been to. Had to wait 15 minutes when there was only 4 people and 3 employees. Asked for white bread, didn’t have it. What subway doesn’t have white bread? Got footlong meatball, wasn’t toasted well so the bread went soggy and collapsed when I tried to eat it. When the took my sub out of the oven, they left it out to cool before they put salad on it so it was cold when I finally got to eat it. Cookies were also hard as rocks, usually meant to be soft and gooey. No thank you from the cashier either, put my food on the counter and charged my on the eftpos machine. Very disappointing, better off going to the one on Nepean Highway.

Just received my sub via Uber Eats. Was really looking forward to my BLT only to find the bacon completely cold and raw. Can't believe you would send out raw bacon in a sandwich. Are you trying to poison someone??

We tried this place 3 weeks ago after the new owner. Took 20 mins to make a sandwich. (Which we understood as training new staff) Went today, same thing but got home and the chicken was frozen. Went back, the manager didn’t seem to care. Don’t bother. Go to another subway.

Shocking service 3 times in a row, went back hoping it would get better with no luck. Staff are slow and not interested, low quantities of food. Have left disappointed 3 times with an order I had due compromise on due to their supply

closed every 3rd day because of staff shortages but there's someone in there to tell me the're closed..... sign on the door says closed monday closed most days fair enough but change the sign to reflect properly

Worst subway by far I haven't had any worse then this they don't put hardly no filling basically ordered from uber and it was flat nothing inside of it

Very nice fresh subs prepared by trained staff. Ordered a chicken sub and a veg patty. Sub was well prepared with quality ingredients. Loved it.
