High Beeches Tea Room And Tea Garden - Handcross - Photo album

Seriously good cake, milkshake and cream tea. Excellent decaf tea as well. Beautiful tranquil outside garden area for sitting out and eating too. Well worth a visit if you are in the area!!
We have had lunch there several times and found the food of very good quality. Today, four of us had a wonderful Christmas lunch at High Beeches. The food was very nicely cooked and of good quantity. The table was very nicely prepared with several nice touches and we were made to feel very welcome.
We had decided to visit the gardens. Next door in the stables, a tearoom provides a good menu for passing trade and visitors. We had afternoon tea. If you were looking for a treat without the blandness of a garden centre this is exceptional. We had a wonderful afternoon and you will not be disappoin
We booked the tea rooms for my mum's 80th Birthday and had a great afternoon. Nothing was to much for the staff, food was fresh and so much food we took some home. We had the set cream teas for 31 people, the price was great for venue and catering. 5 stars is not enough! Thank you for making my mum'
Earlier this year had a 90th birthday tea with friends, beautiful flavours and presented delightfully. Thursday last the same group of friends had our Xmas lunch, once again superb flavours and so much, I had to give in! Looking forward to my next visit. -By the way, I am 71, so know good food when
Great food, great service, felt very safe, all staff wore masks, hand sanitizer at the door and saw tables and chairs being wiped down. Can't wait to visit again soon. Would highly recommend
Very nice tea room. Good coffee and tasty cakes at a good price. Light lunches are good too, my Welsh rarebit was delicious and 2 slices came with a side salad.
This is an absolute gem I was organising a Baby Shower for my daughter who lives nearby and had found it on Google by chance. The staff couldn't do enough to help organize the afternoon tea which at £11.95 was better than a lot I have paid 4 times as much for in London, we had a lovely selection of
Looks a little austere when you fist enter but actually it was very warm a welcoming. The food was simple but we'll executed, we only had toasted sandwiches but the sight of the passing roast dinners brought on considerable food envy. We'll almost certainly be back as it's just around the corner fr
Really nice staff. Stopped there on our cycle ride from London to Brighton, it's like a little hidden Tea Garden. The sandwiches are great too!
Thank you for a great lunch enjoyed by 13 of us from Southwater Neighbour Network. The organisation of tables, the delivery of food and the food itself couldn't have been better. I am sure some of us, if not all of us, will be back.
A true gem of a place to visit! The staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough to help. Then the food came and it was even better. Superb experience!
Great coffee and cake with a nicely sheltered outdoor seating area and sensible COVID-19 measures in place. Very friendly and helpful staff - highly recommended!
01/07/18 had a really lovely afternoon tea, lovely location and fantastic food. Just right to celebrate my birthday.. Thanks to all the staff
Nice food and service near the lovely gardens. Shame the landlord is going to close it down what a plonker . very sad.
Fantastic friendly and welcoming staff, huge afternoon tea with generous helpings, and the price is also very fare. Will be here again with out a doubt.
