Popped in for breakfast while waiting for the museum to open, the coffee was nicely presented, staff were very pleasent and the toast and egg on toast was good. It was quite early Saturday morning and so was fairly quiet which is how we preferred it.

Had an encounter at this cafe with a lovely lady called Mary. She generously served me whilst I was buying 2 hot chocolates even though the cafe had already closed, and she had been working all through a busy day (December 23rd). She is a true credit to the store and café on the whole. Love u Mary x

The food and drink here is great and even if you want a snack or a light lunch or dinner you can't go wrong. The prices are reasonable and food is always well cooked and something for children and us adults and not to mention you can pop into the actually shop for you weekly shop

EDIT: Coffee here is now horrible since they changed the machine. Don't come here anymore, wouldn't recommend.
We love coming for lattes here, much better than Costa and Starbucks. Staff friendly and helpful. Beth who is very friendly knows our order now and takes extreme care in making sure it's perfect. 100% recommend if you want to taste the best coffee Stoke has to offer 😍

Quick stop off late morning on a weekday. Staff were pleasant, the female member of staff took great pride in preparing me my hot chocolate, despite the fact it was a freebie via an email from Tesco Clubcard.
Nice, laid back place, plenty of delicious light eats and gorgeous looking cakes, reasonably priced.

Overlooking the Store, More than your usual café. Meals on offer. Breakfasts, Fish and Chips or even a Curry. I had a BBQ Chicken Panini with a portion of Chips, Delicious and Hot and well priced. Staff were friendly.
