This place was like 12min walking from my hotel and best choice to have evening meal and conversation with my colleagues. There is lovely garden behind the building with a good atmosphere. It is possible to order meal online what made me comfortable as I forgot my credit card but remember it's numbe
Probably one of the oldest pubs in the area. Lovely little garden, low ceilings, friendly pub staff and great atmosphere. We ordered the fish and chips which I must say was one of the best I've ever had in a pub. There's ample parking and they also offer sports events for viewing.
On the way to nearby Heathrow International Airport, Sunday afternoon late lunch was a pleasant surprise. Typical English pub with associated bar and menu options. Food quality was decent. Subject to seasonal weather conditions, al fresco seating in a garden setting is available.
Walked the 15 minutes from our hotel to have Sunday roast dinner here. I had the most amazing lamb chop “starter”. 2 lamb chops bigger than I’m used to seeing as a meal never mind an appy. My wife had the king prawns and they were actual prawns, heads and all as they should be… Then came the roast s
The pub is absolutely amazing, it's like a place of pure joy . For my sister's Baby Shower, this option was an amazing choice! Food is absolutely delicious, the staff is very helpful, the toilets are clean, the atmosphere is relaxing and the price is very good. Spacious parking. I'll come back in th
Didn't have a table booked but managed to get seated. The staff are very friendly and efficient. 3 of us went and we didn't have a bad word to say about our meals, all tasty and lovely. Sausage and mash, red Thai curry and fish chips.
I was pleased to find this traditional English restaurant during our time in Great Britain. It is near Heathrow Airport and easily accessible by bus, allowing a good meal and drink during a longer layover. When we arrived, it was between normal meal times, and the restaurant was slow with only a fe
Had to review this gem! First, loved the staff. If I were to pick a pub to call my own, this would be way up on the list! We had the Camembert shareable tray and it was excellent; the bread was thinly sliced with a generous bit of garlic and rosemary seasoning which perfectly harmonized with the hot
Atmosphere is good, garden is great, food decent but very pricey compared to some other pubs. Been here fee times, tried different things in the menu, attached are the cheapest deals you can find. Quality of the food does not reflect in the price.
Great pub and food here. Nice atmosphere and a good place to get your Sunday roast 😉
Lovely small town pub feel. Came in hungry and left stuffed! Fish and chips were very good, but the lamb chops stole the show! Friendly service, generous portions and comfy atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!
Food was excellent, had 1 member of our party, we were 6, had a food problem and they were fantastic to him. Would recommend to anyone near here and travelling through Heathrow go here to eat, you will not be disappointed and like us going back again
We were just in town to catch a flight home. My husband really wanted some fish and chips, so we walked over here from the airport. It did not disappoint! The bartender/waitress was super attentive and accommodating! The food was fabulous! Lots of locals! We had a great time and highly recommend!
If you don't fancy second rate Indian food, then this is probably one of the best places to eat in the Harlington area. My wife and I shared the fish pie and the smoked salmon salad, and enjoyed every morsel. Atmosphere was good and staff friendly and attentive. I would have given them five stars if
It’s a lovely place to spend good time with friends. Staff has been really good. I dint get his name but he made sure we were comfortable. Made efforts to ask us if we wanted anything else or if everything was fine. Even gave suggestions during ordering food . About food, we kind of liked their pork
A works Christmas lunch brought me to this lovely old pub. The food choices on this occasion needed to be pre-picked online, so I picked the Salt and Pepper Squid for starter, with a Burger and chips for the main. The food was hot and tasty. We had quite a large group, but the service seemed to be q
We had just landed in London from Lisbon on our way home back to Canada. We had one night, landed in the evening and wanted to feed my two young kids, myself and my wife. We were at the Sheraton Skylines (which is no longer a great hotel). We had no interest in eating over priced food in the hotel.
