We had a wonderful time here on Saturday 25th March. Our waiter Gary was brilliant, he was so friendly and helpful, & generally made us feel really looked after. We can't praise the staff and food enough. We had loads to eat, a bottle of wine, 2 beers, & and ice cream for £60, only £15 PP.
we've always like Nando's but we love the Harlow Water Gardens Nando's the best. There staff are brilliant.
Meal would have been ruined by the screaming baby next to us if it wasn’t for the amazing blonde manager in a white tshirt swooping in and giving some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. She was so lovely and understanding, got the staff to bring over a lolly for his teething pain and spent ages chatting with his parents about her own little one. Couldn’t fault the rest of the staff but she was an absolute angel! Thank you for saving our ears!
The best Nando’s I’ve ever been to, food is excellent and the staff are very customer focused. I don’t eat in any other Nando’s as had to many bad experiences at other Nando’s . Harlow Nando’s is always our first choice when out in town.

The staff were very friendly, especially the guy that showed us to our table. He was very flamboyant. The food was great and we will definitely go back.
I have never had a bad meal at Nandos, always excellent food and service, does get busy and we had to wait 10 mins to be seated but i would say that is a reasonable time to wait.

My go to place for a fine dine they can never go wrong. I always get the boneless chicken tights with mash potato or swap sides as my mood flips. It’s filling and yummy as well. Not to forget, lemon and herb sauce is my favourite of all time.
Got off a flight and was craving a Nando’s, so my partner and I stopped off at the Harlow’s Nando’s. We were greeted by Gary and he was marvellous, made us feel really comfortable. Made sure all our needs were met and couldn’t be more helpful. The best manager we’ve come across in Nando’s that’s for sure. He bubbly and considerate, even ended our meal with a free cup of frozen yogurt from my partner and I. Would highly recommend bumping bumping into Gary if you get the chance.

Bit of a mixed review.
I’m a huge fan of Nando’s in general. I like the food, the staff are always friendly and it’s a great place to eat out with a young kid.
This one was a bit of a dull atmosphere, we went in the middle of the day on a Tuesday so I probably shouldn’t have expected much really.
The drinks machine wasn’t working so we could only buy cans of drinks but we were given ones straight from the store room so they were at room temperature.
That’s all the negatives out the way. On to the food.
Had the Fino Pitta with the new BBQ Garlic sauce.
It was absolutely delicious! Chicken was cooked to perfection, nice and juicy, the sauce was amazing, so full of flavour, with just the right amount of spice level for me!
The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Would recommend coming here for some Chicken.
I didn't give them 5 stars just because it's always full and we have always to wait for long time to have a table and to have our order. But I know it is not their fault. Their food is amazing and all the people love it.
Since going pescatarian due to health reasons, I've really missed eating at nandos! But when I found out theu had a vegan option I was pleasantly surprised. The vegan burger was amazing! The flavours and textures were great. Would highly recommend eating here.

Tasty food and friendly staff, loses a point as they have a lot of room to improve in the delivery side of things… From ordering on deliveroo to seeing actual drivers collecting orders when I’m dining in, seems very clear they don’t care as much for their online customers.
I was working nearby attending an emergency clearing the blocked drains and I desperately needed a drink. The barman was very helpful in serving me some drinks to take away.
It's good to know I can go in there for some ice cold water and fill up my bottle I will make note of this.

Helpful staff, happy to explain me queuing system and app. Clean tables. Quick delivery of food. Toilets, although up two flights of stairs are clean and tidy. Would visit again
Very good well presented food. Nice decor, pleasant staff and overall a real nice experience.
It was not too busy when we went, and the staff were very helpful. The food arrived very quickly and was tasty.
Visited Harlow nandos for the first time today with my little boy. had some trouble with my order on the app and the gentleman who served us went above and beyond to sort it out for me. Our meal was lovely, thank you so much, we will be returning!

Good for what it is as always. Food well prepared, taste is good, staffs are very very friendly.
Popped in for a bite to eat ,staff were friendly and only waited a minute or rwo to be seated but it was that busy .
Food ordered and didn't wait that long to get our order .
Food was nice no complaints from me ,asked where cutlery was and the nice staff member got them for us ,he was polite and helpful unfortunately didn't get his name .
Toilets were a slight issue ,one door wouldn't close and lock as it needed to be shut from the outside ,other toilet had no toilet roll ,but other than that all was good .
