Fantastic and friendly. The shop, staff - male, female , old, young, black or white. They treat everyone with care. They employ people of all ages which is rare. The staff are all happy to help. The food and drink are fantastic. I go whenever I am in Harlow and look forward to it.
Well what a huge surprise .. usually, when out shopping you pop into a coffee/tea shop for a very mediocre drink and an even less mediocre snack ... not so the case today when I went into Cousens bakery in Harlow for the first time! The tea was fresh, hot and tasty and the current bun I had was soft, fresh and with lots of butter ... yes butter, not spread or margarine! Congratulations I really enjoyed my tea and snack and the staff were friendly and helpful too x will definitely come again next time I’m in Harlow.
The best fresh filled rolls, absolutely love them. Friendly and helpful staff. Great prices. We're addicted! Perfect post gym lunch.
Without a dought in our opinion the food is always amazing and fresh days after only downfall we would love you closer please come to hertford guys lol staff are also so amazing and helpful
Absolutely amazing bakery, always a delight and the staff are fab and manager jackie always goes out of her way to make sure you have the best experience… only warning is once you’ve been once you will be craving your next visit lol

Staff are always so helpful and friendly. I live in Enfield and go all the way to Harlow for this place. Sausage rolls beautiful, the door stop sausage sandwiches amazing, carrot cake out of this world! Better than any bakery I've ever known.
Went there to get some carrot cake for my daughter's birthday the other week, was told that they would've made a slab of carrot cake if they'd have known. Went out of their way to try and do something.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Even goes for the eat in restaurant upstairs in the Harvey center.

The filled sandwiches here are brilliant, I tried the naked coronation chicken on wholemeal bread at the weekend for the first time. Really tasty and great value for money, properly filling. I bought a sausage roll and chocolate doughnut also for my son who said they were really good.
Absolute life savers, was let down by a supplier of donuts. On a whim after seeing how incredible their donuts looked i asked for 84 donuts on the spot. They delivered.

What can I say sandwiches are banging could have more filling in them but that's me just being greedy... I got my daughter a sausage in a roll she said it was lovely and she is a picky git , we also got few donuts I couldn't make my mine up and the manager there gave a free one to make this review and I can say that the glazed donut with custard inside was lovely... its my favourite bakery so far
Love this place. The bread is so soft and delicious. The sausages are delicious and they sell good filter coffee too. The only problem is everything looks so delicious which is hard to resist when I walk past them in the mornings. The staff are also very friendly and helpful and always wish their customers a good morning

Good bakers. Staff always friendly and bread fresh and good quality. Reasonable price, dearer than supermarkets, but worth the small extra cost. Can slice bread either thin, medium or thick, according to one's preference.
