Brought a party of 14 here for my Daugthers 9th Birthday yesterday food was amazing kids had a ball lady seeing us Ewak was so friendly and fun with kids excellent service nothing was too much trouble 😃
I'm amazed at just how good the staff were with us yesterday, I had 3 young children who are not used to eating here and the staff were truly amazing & the kids ate most of there food and weren't noisy due to the colouring sets they were given. Now they are asking how many days until we go to Pizza Hut again 😍🍕🎈 thank you to all the staff that were there yesterday we hope to see you again next time we visit x
The food was lovely, music was surprisingly good and service was excellent, from Chloe R especially, but everyone else in general was great, checking up on us and making sure we had everything we needed!
Overall this is a nice Pizza Hut restaurant. We stopped here for lunch on our way to the airport.
We had the buffet, and although there was plenty available to eat, the variety of pizza could have been better. They had pepperoni, margarita, chicken and sweetcorn, and ham and pineapple. Don't get me wrong there were some of my favourites available, but they only seem to replenish these four types whilst we were here, and at other pizza hut buffets we have visited there is usually a bigger variety. The salad bar had a great variety and they had two types of pasta as I've seen at other pizza huts, which was perfect! Staff were constantly cleaning floors and tables, etc.
Positives: Clean, warmly welcomed, food regularly being made and presented.
Would definitely recommend it to others.
Negatives: under staffed on the floor as one young lad was running around cleaning tables as well as serving customers
Parking: lots of space with 5 hours free parking
Service: service is very good. The manager runs about. It looks like she is doing a great job.
Food: was good.
The food is great for the price, easy accessible for the children to help themselves and also very fun. Everything was always being topped up and cooked fresh. Everything was very clean and kept tidy!
Food was hot. Continuing cycle of desired pizza unlike sone where they don't bother. Very good. Helpful staff
Haven't been in years, no queues, friendly waitress. Good selection of salad, and fresh. Nice pizza, I had the g.o.a.t, on thin crust very delicious. Had a beer, not asked if I wanted another drink, or dessert. Not busy, but not pressed to stay longer. Good decor, lots of free parking.
This is my favourite pizza hut. The waitresses and managers are fantastic here. I come here with my autistic teenage son and they go above and beyond to make sure our meal is so enjoyable. Really can't thank them enough. Makes dining out with a special needs child less stressful. Thank you all again
It was a very comfortable atmosphere and great staff especially our server Emily. She was very nice and extremely helpful with our 2 little ones. Because of her (and our love of the pizza) we'd definitely come to longwater restaurant again
