My family came to visit and wanted to have some "real fish & chips" and were absolutely delighted!
I used to buy my fish n chips here many years ago,after the original owners left,I stopped.
Today I must say the Fish n Chips were one of the best I’ve ever had,and the service was quick,and nice people to deal with.Thank you guys,keep it up!

Holy moly the value here is insane! 7.99 you get a huge piece of fish and a heavy helping of chips. Now I wish we didn't wait til our last day to have this place. We heard they were the best in the area and they definitely lived up to it.
I do wish they had more seating outside. We had to go back to the flat to eat. But this isn't something I would dock a star for as I would give them 6 stars if I could.
We love George's Fish and Chips. Lovely family-run business... spotlessly clean... fresh, delicious fish, crispy on the outside, succulent in the middle... we always order haddock but friends assure us the cod is just as good. The chips are AMAZING... not had better chips anywhere else, and I've eaten a LOT of chips!! Their battered sausage is a naughty but AWESOME treat... also, very reasonably priced.

Just about the only traditional chippy in the area now. Fish, chips & good veggie options too (the Jamaican veg patties are great!) But it would be really great if they joined Just Eat as I have to leg it to George's from Turnpike Lane & back every time we want fish 'n chips.
A fantastic fish and chips shop that has remained a staple of Green Lanes with some of the best chips anywhere in Tottenham. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the prices are excellent as well. You can't go far wrong with George's Fish Bar!
