Just took the family at short notice they accepted our order and honestly was some of the best, freshest original Italian we’ve ever had. My 5 year old called it “a game-changer” 😂 will be back!

Great food, nice building, good environment, service was also prompt and food didn't take long to arrive. No real faults. Staff could've been a little more friendly though they were just very to the point and almost seemed in a rush.
Been there again tonight, and as per usual it was a great experience. The staff are always friendly and polite. It's a nice and cosy atmosphere which is always nice. The food was beautiful and full of flavor. Will happily go back time and time again
Really lovely food and drink. Perfect place to eat with friends. Very quick service. Good quality tasty food. Caters for special dietary requirements, took my vegan friend and she enjoyed her food too.
Visited 2 nights running whilst at a conference in Harrogate. Food was good. Staff pleasant. Overall experience was high. It's a chain and so the menu was predictable but they did what they do well.
I visited on Valentine's day and although they were understandably very busy, the service was fantastic and the food tasted amazing and arrived nice and quick! We were looked after by a lovely italian woman with short dark hair, I believe her name was Barbara. She made sure we had everything we need
Had a good meal here after the mens cycle race on Sunday, we were cold and wet through but they didn't mind... thankfully we beat the rush as it got very busy very quickly but staff seemed to cope well. Pizza was really nice as was the nice hot cup of tea!
The food is always good and as described on the menu. Lovely wine too! The staff are very attentive but not overly so. Can't wait to return. Thank you
I came to Harrogate for business and needed to eat alone in a restaurant. This is something to do from time to time but it can be an awkward experience. I was served by Franky, who was fantastic; just the right level of attentiveness and made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. Food served quick
The food was good and staff were good. We liked it here because staff weren't in your face all the time asking if the food was good. There was next to no wait for our mains and it was reasonably priced too. Would go back for an occasion. Not just a drop in for lunch kind of place really.
Had a lovely evening and fantastic meal on Saturday night in Ask Italian, Harrogate. Our Maitre D, Pete and server, Matthew made sure that we were looked after from start to finish. The food and level of service was excellent. Thank you for a lovely evening.
The food here was delicious and staff friendly but they were very busy so the service took longer than expected. Had to wait 40 minutes for main, 30 mins for desserts and over 20 mins to pay. Keeping children entertained for this length of time was a challenge!
