Fantastic village pub, great service, Sue is the most welcoming Landlady I've ever met. Food is superb and great value. Probably the best Sam Smiths pub in the area. Definitely worth a visit. 5 stars.

Nice little quaint pub, cheap ale and good pork scratchings. The bar staff are polite and friendly and always serve with a smile.. best Sam Smith's pub in the harrogate district.

Great pub, good beers. Gorgeous warm fire and just off the beaten track. Well worth a visit. New ownership since summer 2017 and they've made the place so cosy and the landlady was so friendly. Will be returning
