Excellent cafe/ restaurant all home made soups and meals highly recommend if you are on the area
Very tasty sandwich, well presented and served by a lovely, helpful, friendly young man. Would have been 5* except for the unwelcoming lady on the counter. I felt as though she was doing me a favour by serving me!
Lovely place to stay. Ask for the room in the attic. It’s large bright and spacious. The evenings are so peaceful with the sounds of the sheep in the fields. The room faces west so you may get lucky with a beautiful sunset. Breakfast is awesome and Sophie is a great host. I’ll be back!!
Absolutely stunning beautiful coffee shop. Easy parking or if you’re cycling by it’s perfect and dog friendly too. Amazing food and the most incredible desserts you’ve had in your life. Cannot big this place up enough. If you’re local you must try it at least once

It was superb. Staff were lovely and service great. They have a large range of lovely looking cakes but I will
I was revisiting one of my local lockdown hikes, but this time Sophie's Coffee Shop was open. Fantastic fresh brewed pot of tea and lovely homemade carrot cake, perfect accompaniment to my walk, thank you.
A wonderful b&b with clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and an amazing cafe. The value for money was impressive as the free breakfast is very good! Sophie is a wonderful host who really cares about her customers. If you want a quaint visit to the English countryside, look no further - you've fo
Stayed here for 3 nights , rooms lovely , food amazing , Sophie made us feel very welcome . You Need to try the walnut scones , absolutely amazing. A lovely little coffee shop with very nice atmosphere.
We went to Sophie's coffee shop for Saturday brunch. It has a very cosy feel to it and friendly staff. My husband had the Olympic breakfast, which was massive! I had avocado on sourdough with poached eggs, which was delicious. Great coffee too.
