Hot tub, great beer, pizza, great service, board games... Is there a better pub anywhere in the UK? Oh an amazing pork scratchings too! Thanks to all the staff to making us feel welcome everytime we come round...

We attended the Harry Potter quiz on Sunday and loved it, such a huge amount of effort had gone into the event. The decorations were fab and very thoughtful, the music was superb! And the love that had clearly gone into the questions was clear.
The pub itself it absolutely stunning.... great for everyone. The games room is second to none- unlike anywhere I've ever seen. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious! Will be returning as soon as I can!!!

Always love the Tap on Tower. Lovely people, rally great snacks and awesome beers from my fav breweries (Polly’s, Pressure Drop, etc.).
This is the best pub in town. Excellent beer (well kept casks), nice bar food, loads of community stuff going on. I absolutely love every visit.
Lovely pub just off the two centre. Main attraction for me is the great range of real ales which are well-kept. I’ll be back.
Cozy and vibrant pub serving a variety of beers and ciders with limited food options. We visited during the cider fest and were spoilt for choice!
It’s become the default meeting place for our Scout Leader get togethers as it’s a friendly place with plenty of room (and rooms!)
Well worth seeking this pub out and it’s actually closer to the railway station than most of the other places I visited (but in the opposite direction) Great choice of cask ales.
We love The Tap; excellent board game selection, good local beers on tap, and lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended. Plus great pork scratchings!
We also tried the pizzas, which were delicious, and played lots more board games. Definitely a place to try.
Really nice place, very dog friendly and reasonably priced. Lovely maintained outdoor area to the front.
