Haven't bought any bike stuff, just coffee and snacks in their great cafe. It's a great place to work or relax whilst drinking super coffee.

Unfortunately, the bike I wanted did not fit my body type. Nevertheless I can't fault Prologue's approach and customer service, Jacob and Chris were great. They even managed to get me a test bike for a week! I would recommend Prologue and hopefully I can get a bike from them in the future.

I went to the café part of the shop on my bike. They have free-to-borrow bike locks and a metal bar to shang your bike up on outside. They provided excellent service and all the staff were friendly. They have nice bagels and delicious mochas; you are also provided with a free cup of water per person. The soft drinks are a bit overpriced though. It is also walking distance from Harrogate town centre, overall I would definitely go there again.

Friendly cafe staff and very competent bike mechanics. I was in Harrogate for a cycling trip and I visited the shop on a Saturday afternoon. Despite the shop was busy with other customers, they managed to fix the issue I had with my road bike (realignment of the derailleur) in a few minutes.

Superb local business that really cares, great service, attention to detail and serious commitment to making sure the customer is very well looked after. Why would you go online when you have this level of service, defo something to be treasured and supported.

Great local bike shop that I will be using in the future - incredibly helpful/friendly and identified the issue with my steerer expander bung straight away (incorrectly set-up by manufacturer).

Took my 5 year old Scott Speedster in for a Level 2 service, the team were great m, gave me regular updates and ended up downgrading my service to a level 1 due to it not needing it. They have an amazing cafe and an amazing range of bikes to choose from! A must stop!
