Amazing team on the woodlands ward. My little boy and I was well looked after by all staff and they all loved him wondering around the ward still smiling despite having wheezing issues.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hospital itself is clean and the food isn’t bad at all
I was seen in A&E by Sameer Khan, a lovely Associate Specialist in ho dealt with my condition thoroughly and promptly. Mr Khan is a lovely practitioner who made me feel very at ease and listened to. Hospitals need more doctors like Mr Khan.
I have recently had foot surgery carried out by Mark Farndon, I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Mark and his Team. The attention to detail, care and professionalism shown by all was exceptional.Thank you Rowan Ward, Theatre and Cast Room you should all be very proud.
If you follow protocols: dial 111 or 111 online beforehand I guarantee a smooth experience from the process of letting hospital know in advance. You will be triaged within 30 to 45 minutes; such was my experience. A practitioner saw me within 90 minutes and administered relevant tests...and a doctor spoke to me having seen the results of the tests within two and a hlf hours. I was seen in general.reception at who gave me direction on entry. I was allowed to go home within 4 hours. Followed up with a telephone call the following day and informed that further tests would be required. I received an apoiintment by post within 2 weeks From furst contact to further investigate test hssztaken less than a month. We simply cannot afford to undervalue uch efficiency and dedication!
Excellent care from the A&E team. I spent almost 24 hours at the hospital. Being concerned about my symptoms I was re- assured and taken care of. All the nesessary tests were done and a diagnosis made. The two doctors who looked after me were fantastic, the nursing staff were very friendly . Thank you so much!
I went to the Out of Hours Service yesterday concerning an adverse reaction to medication. Having called 111 initially I was called back by a very helpful doctor who assessed the situation and asked me to come in. I was thoroughly examined by kind, attentive and professional staff and felt very re-assured by the time I left. Thank you all, very much.
Could not have asked for a better service. The nurses the doctors were brilliant! They treated my little boy like a king, we are so grateful! 10/10!
Had to attend as an out patient to dept E101 and from the moment I arrived every single member of staff I interacted with was kind, helpful, and without exception superb. The entire team in that department are a real credit to the hospital and the wider NHS.
I have nothing but praise for every single person in the department- a huge thank you.
Took granddaughter to A&E and was directed to Minor Injuries unit. GD was seen quickly, being treated by Rachael, Emergency Nurse Practitioner, who did a tremendous job with procedure whilst also calming GD who was very distressed. Rachael explained what she was going to do each step of the way which helped enormously.
Wonderful care in A&E last night. Very busy and staff were under a lot of pressure but everyone was so kind and helpful. Very long wait, minor injuries would have been the right place for some of the injuries. Thank you to everyone there you do an incredible job for which we are very grateful.
This is the second time I have attended the Endoscopy department in 2 years.
May I say the procedures aren't nice but, & this is a big but.
The staff on this department are exceptional at what they do.
They are courteous, professional, knowledgeable & last but far from least caring.
They have on both occasions made me feel comfortable & at ease with everything that was happening.
