Highly recommend Golden Kitchen in North Harrow. Some of the best fish and chips I have had in a while. The fish I enjoyed for my dinner had the crispiest batter without being greasy, the fish inside was soft and buttery. The chips were cooked to perfection; crispy and crunchy but soft in the middle
I can honestly say we have eaten one of the best fish and chips in a long time. Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean restaurant and WC area. The hot food was well worth the (short) wait while it was cooked to order. We enjoyed our cod, haddock and scampi with chips ;o) We will definitely be coming
Fresh fish cooked to order and very generous portions. Extremely attentive staff if you have food allergies or on special diet. Fish was grilled because of gluten intolerance but was informed by manager they have gluten free batter which is fab, so next time I'll order that. Highly recommend.
Went for a lunchtime special. Decent portion and good pricing. The waitress serving the section was friendly and brought a lot of character to the table.
