Very clean and fresh ambience. We were the only people in the restaurant. The food was good as an average Persian restaurant. Staff was good, but didn't suggest or upsell anything or speciality.

Excellent food, staff was not to keen to help decide what to choose. When asked what is the portion size (to determine how much we need to order for our family of 4 - two kids), the lady said she did not know how big the portion is. We asked for tap water- got nicely nudged over to bottled still water at £1.95 for a glass.
Over all happy with the taste and fairly good portion size. So 3.5 to 4 stars they get.

Iranian or Persian food of top quality. It was an enjoyable experience at Khatoon. The food was good and quantity exceptional . We ordered the mix mezze and falafel for starters with freshly baked naan bread. Makhssous that is lamb fillet steak and a mince kebab was sumptuous and filling. We also ordered a sultani and extra boneless chicken skewer and a diced lamb skewer. It is definitely an experience to savour. All in all excellent dinner.

I have been here multiple times and the food never ceases to amaze me. Large portions, delicious food and very friendly staff. If anyone is looking for persian food, they must try this place.
I ordered momtaz and soltani. Both were amazing on taste. The meat was tender and the portion size was huge.
*Highly Recommended*

Went here for dinner, when we got there we realised it was on Taste, when we asked if we could use it, they were reluctant as we had not phoned and booked but agreed we could. The waitress is super polite. The Chelow kebab was amazing in flavour and really juicy. They make fresh Naan in the front of the restaurant so you see it and it tastes great!!!!
Haroon
It is an average Persian restaurant. The service is really slow, I had to get up to get the menu and go to counter to pay, So don't expect anyone to come and get you things. The food as usual is bland, And there's a 10% service charge which isn't bad.

Very nice place to eat with family. The food is already good price. But why they charge u for service charge. They should look into this. Overall good food good staff.

This cosy little Persian restaurant in Harrow caters for everyone; friends, couples, families, singletons. The food is as good as any Persian restaurants in the area or London. The Kobideh is really tender with perfect Iranian rice and comes served with salad. You can ask for the rice to be swapped with naan if you want. The Fesenjoon and Ghormeh Sabzi are excellent. Portion sizes are really big, if you're not a big eater you can easily share here. Friendly service with a smile. The Place usually gets busy on the weekends after 7. Only thing I would welcome is slightly rapid service.

Amazing food, clean restaurant, friendly staff. Never been to Khatoon before, but the restaurant always looked great. The bread is fresh, made in front of you, the food is fresh and hot and the tea is amazing! Thank you Khatoon.

The quality of the Koobideh kebab has been excellent in my experience... always soft and fresh from lamb meet. 😋

Good Persian food, but if in a hurry you might want to find another alternative. If coming for lunch ask for the lunch menu.

WORST RESTAURANT IN HARROW- AVOID.

I visited this restaurant ‘Khatoon’ in Harrow this evening with my partner. I phoned up the day before and made a reservation for 2 people for 7pm. I checked with the lady on the phone that we would be able to use our Tastecard (2 for 1 on all courses) and she reassured me that it is fine and she will make a note on my booking.
I arrive at the restaurant this evening and tell the waitress I have a reservation for 2 people under my name. Before the bill arrived I showed the waitress my tastecard and she told me I couldn’t use it as I didn’t ask for the tastecard menu (how was I supposed to know there is a tastecard menu???). The waitress for not helpful and the best she could do was offer 10% off my bill. I asked to speak to the manager and he did not appear. The waitress went back and forth and would offer no further help. She then went onto lie and pretend I had made my booking for the Saturday instead of the Friday night. Her English was very poor. They didn’t care all they wanted was our money. Even when I explained the situation there was no solution offered. I believe it was a scam.

The food was average and is not worth the full price. I would of not eaten at this restaurant if we didn’t have a Tastecard to be able to use the discount. VERY bad customer service. We will not be returning. I would not recommend to anymore- stay clear.

Fantastic food, great quality, and very reasonable price. Tasty food and friendly staff. Clean and modern restaurant .we had 2 different main courses and both was delicious.

Customer service is horrendous! They are so rude to customers on the phone and deny forgetting to place items in your collection bag. I will never go back to this restaurant. They used to be better but then suddenly increased all their prices. Not worth the money. Go to Prince of Persia instead..better environment and much nicer staff.

A terrible dining experience. My family and I, including guests from abroad, foolishly booked this place for a new years eve meal. Upon arriving at the restaurant we were not greeted warmly and were pointed to our table by a waitress from behind a counter. We ordered drinks and starters, then our starter arrived incomplete. We also waited 20+ minutes for our drinks (just coke 'multi pack' cans) which came when we had finished eating our starter. We ordered some kebabs for our mains, but when the chicken kebabs came they were completely raw inside - pink, wet and pale, definitely inedible. We complained and waited another 20 minutes for new kebabs whilst the rest of our party had to begin -and finish- their own meals. The replacements were still not great and we felt wary eating them. There were a few 'apologies'. To pay at the end, we had to go to a counter where we did not receive a bill but were just told the price and given a receipt, which interestingly included a mandatory service charge judging by the final price, but again this was hard to tell as no actual bill was given - who knows what we were charged for!

The real kicker was when we were leaving though was when a waitress (who looked like she might be the owner) - who had been eating her meal behind us in the mostly empty restaurant while we ate, told us she was sorry the chicken was too 'juicy' for our liking and that she would 'try to remember'to make it well done for us in the future. We were utterly shocked and disgusted at her customer service, since when do you cook chicken rare? An apology at the end for the terrible food and terrible service might have saved them, but this backhanded comment was plain rude and we will not be returning to this establishment.

If you are looking for tasty persian food, definitely look elsewhere!

A terrible experience. Ordered their Khatoon special (4 people) they came back saying that there is no Kobideh (lamb skewers) and asked me to replace it with something else, I had to as I was dining with my family so replaced it with Chenjeh (cubes of marinated lamb fillet). I ended up being served with about 18 chicken fillet cubes and 6 lamb pieces.
I was charged the same price but of course less lamb meat and extra chicken.
I also ordered Baba Ghanoush as a cold starter (doesn't come with Naan bread) so I ordered one which I get charged for (£1) yeah, not a big deal but it actually doesn't make any sense to eat Baba Ghanoush without bread!!
Finally, after I paid the bill I found out that I paid extra £4.70!!!! When I checked the receipt it was there,,, under "Service Charge"?!?! Seriously, I've seen the waitress twice during my visit!! Also, the main meal I ordered was missing a main item, so what the heck the Service Charge is for??? And shouldn't I be asked before paying service charge if I feel I've been served well???
I'm so disappointed and I definitely won't be visiting that place again, but I'm glad I called them back and told them my sincere opinion.

Recommended by a friend for a full English breakfast (halal), and decided to visit Khatoon on Saturday morning.

Lovely fry up, eggs, sausages, beans, bacon rashers (turkey), and grilled tomato.

Restaurant started to fill up quickly, always a good sign.

Recommend - 100%

The food was fantastic, I have tried many Persian restaurants but the quality and amount of this restaurant beats all the others by far. The staff are very friendly, this has become my favourite.

After a recent refit and name change to khatoon... Fantastic lift to the place. A lovely local eatery. I wouldn't say it was the best Persian food I have eaten but good enough that I would go back regularly. Why? Tasty food and fantastic value for money The owner will go out of her way to provide off the menu dishes or drinks on request. It also offers a wide variety of desserts or milkshakes. Lovely family owned local restaurant that makes you feel like they know you when you walk in.
