I come here about 3 times a week and noticed that the staff NEVER wipe the tables after the clear the cups . Had the after Luxury hot chocolate, absolutely loved it. There was just 1 lady serving and she was doing great job on her own. Definitely coming back for Luxury Mocha next time :)

I love cafè nero, their coffee is always spot on! We were served today by Alex and she made our visit so pleasant ! Would definitely recommend bringing friends & family here.

Always excellent customer service in this branch. The atmosphere is calm, relaxing and is a great place to chill out on your own or with friends. When you sit inside the cafe you'll feel like you're in a part of secret London away from all the hustle and bustle of Harrow!
