I had the pleasure of being served by AJITHAN from the RAYNERS LANE Branch this evening. The speedy yet safe delivery my pizza was impressive, and his customer service was absolutely excellent.
His presentation was impeccable, and his manner was polite, pleasant and friendly whilst remaining completely professional throughout the delivery.
His attention to detail alone should easily make him your employee of the month.
Ultimately it was a real pleasure to be served by him and I feel that the management team at this branch, that I have been visiting since 2005 could learn so much about customer service from AJITHAN.

I recently dined at Pizza Hut, and I must say, the experience was quite delightful. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by Shahbaz, the manager at this particular branch.
From the moment I walked in, Shahbaz displayed a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring that my dining experience was top-notch. He took the time to check in on each table, making sure everyone was satisfied with their meals and addressing any concerns promptly.
Not only did Shahbaz excel in customer service, but he also demonstrated excellent leadership skills. The restaurant was well-organized, and the staff seemed motivated and efficient under his guidance.
As for the food, Pizza Hut's classic pizzas lived up to their reputation, with flavorful toppings and a perfectly crispy crust.
Overall, my visit to Pizza Hut, led by Shahbaz's exemplary management, left me thoroughly impressed and eager to return for another delicious meal.

With more choice at the mall this place is always a good vibe pizza & meal deals are reasonable..!!
Was very polite and quick when collecting my pizza after ordering online.
They messed up our order but quickly fixed it and showed compassion they gave us two free pizzas thank you to all the staff working there on 7/10/2022, I even gave one pizza to a homeless couple near by.
We ordered a pick up. Cooked on time and did what it says on the box.
