Made an order and one of the three pizzas was wrong. The delivery driver called the store and the person who answered, offered straight away to remake the pizza without any questions, and the deliver guy was back at my door in 10 mins.
Everyone and anyone can make mistakes but it's how you deal with the mistake that counts.
Top customer service and really looked after the customer on what must be a busy Saturday evening.
Thank you to whoever it was who took care of us

Always used collection here as deliveries have poor reviews. Always been super quick, no issues. Toppings are a little less compared to other Domino's nearby (Ruislip Manor) which is why I gave 4 stars over 5.

Everything went well. App was great to use,(fun to see how things were moving through the stages on the app - the kids enjoyed that :) ), good price, prompt delivery. Delivery person was good with social distancing and very helpful and kind.
Most importantly - The pizza was great and tasty! :)
