Food: The food is very good here, admittedly I was skeptical when I first was told that I was going to a vegetarian restaurant but I was wrong to be as we ordered the okra, dosa and some other items and they all were good choices! I had this poori with chickpeas and it was very impressive.
Service: This was one part which was really good and the service was flexible in terms of when the food came and the people serving our table were attentive.
Atmosphere: Electric. For a Tuesday evening, it was buzzing with customers when we went.

Good quality service and quality atmosphere. But the food did not taste as good as the other Saravanaa Bhavan restaurants.

Great food and it’s the South Indian food as usual. Absolutely we can’t expect the Saravana Bhavan taste from back home, however it’s almost matching which is good. Service average, with the staff looking unenthusiastic most of the time. Also many times we experienced the waiting time as huge..which they can avoid through booking system. However we had a great time as the food was always as usual amazing.

Always come for dosa which comes out banging. Staff will always top up sauces when asked. Tried the crispy bhindi for once and was not a fan, very very heavy on the batter and lack of flavour. Will just stick to my dosa next time.

Good food choices ( too many). Everything we ordered (vada sambhar, matha, chana bhatura, falooda) was delicious except tea, which was over boiled bitter and tasted more of milk than masala. Sambar vada came without chutney but you can ask for it. Chana bhatura came with very little chola but again you can ask for more. The staff is very helpful. The place is clean and has a great atmosphere, I felt I was in India:)

Very busy dosa house. Plenty of seating. Food was good. Reasonably priced. Service was good. But expect a bit of a wait if it’s very busy.

The food is always tasty and everyone leaves happy~
Dosas are my favourite Indian dish, but my friend also introduced me to baturas here and I've loved them since. It's worth travelling for, especially since the meal is much cheaper than what I'd get in Central London. I've also had the opportunity to try new Indian desserts that I wouldn't have known about otherwise!
The last time I went, I was still thinking about it for a week~!

The best of the sarvanaa Bhavan chains in London
Don't bother going to the one at Leicester Square, it's terrible. The one in Wembley isn't too bad but quite a dated decor and not as friendly staff.
This one is perfect. But far off but worth it .
Perfectly cooked dosa !

Remarkable culinary delights, exceptional food with best service and more importantly, the cheapest ever.
I have been here 5 years before once and instantly fell in love. How on earth this gets low rating by some people I still don't get it.
This restaurant has set a high standard in the realm of vegetarian dinning. The commitment to excellence demonstration by your team has undoubtedly made a lasting impression.
Don't go for dosa to anywhere else. I travel from canary wharf to have dosas here !

Saravanabhavan always, amazing South Indian food and fantastic customer service! Dosa and bhatoora verities are their masterpieces, finish the dine in with traditional tea served in steel glass Thank you very much. Highly recommended :)
Mostly busy always decent dine in and great customer service

Food was really good and there's so much to try on the menu I want to go back many times; I wish I lived closer. Busy place with people enjoying themselves and staff were all very friendly and made sure I was enjoying. Price is great too but that just meant I bought more things to try because the menu is extensive.
There was a bit of a delay for my dosa; not too ridiculous but I was on my own so twiddling thumbs and I also had to be somewhere after lunch so had to rush a bit once it arrived. That was the only downside in an otherwise great experience.

We went there for a very late lunch (3ish) so were surprised to see a 20 minutes wait and about 6 families ahead of us in the queue. It was a cold day (4-5 C) and we were glad to find out they can add you into the queue along with a phone number, which they use to call you when it's nearly your turn. This let us wait in the comfort of our car.
Once we were in, we saw a slightly cramped restaurant. But it was clean and chaos free. The staff there ran it with organized ease and with a smile.
The food was fresh and tasty. There were ample choices in the menu. The service was prompt and the toilets clean.
In my mind that's good enough for full marks.

Amazing food and friendly staff as always. Ankit provided us with a fab service and recommended to try out their North Indian thaali which was delicious.

Excellent restaurant serving purely vegetarian South Indian cuisine. Have been coming regularly for several years, the food is excellent and speaks for itself. There usually is a queue at busy times in the evenings due to the popularity of the restaurant. But always worth the wait to enjoy the delicious traditional dishes. Service itself is always fast and the staff is friendly. Have particularly been delighted when served by Prachi and Rankit, always full of energy and make the experience even better.

Authentic South indian restaurant. You will have great tasty food here. For me, sambar is unique at this place and it's great to have it with idly, dosa, pongal and many more. I prefer to visit this restaurant compared to Saravana bhavan in other locations in and around London, mainly they have a parking place behind their restaurant. The parking is free for around 2 hours, then if needed they will extend it. You need to get a paper ticket from the billing counter and go and display it in your car dashboard. The restaurant is quite big so mostly there is no queue at all! You will get a place to sit, relax, enjoy, and make your taste buds happy 😊 Again, compared to harrow, east ham, wembly, their sambar, chutnies and food tastes better. There is also a party place at this restaurant, personally I haven't tried but I have seen a few parties happening here with its own private space. Decent clean restroom available inside the restaurant as well. Apart from traditional food, you also get traditional snacks like muruku, tatta, sweets, tea/coffee too. There are lots of north indian specific items as well. This best replicates my experience in eating at Chennai in Saravana Bhavan and gives the home feeling 😊 Great service by the staff too👏 Highly recommend if you want to eat an authentic South indian (Tamilnadu) Vegetarian Food!

Very enjoyable first visit.
We were well looked after by the staff, the menu items were explained, along with portion sizes recommended for the two of us eating, etc.
Atmosphere was upbeat.
Customers were across the age range, from young and old families, retired couples, young couples, groups of friends, we felt very relaxed and that matters a lot.
Great place, we'll be back again.

Great authentic restaurant and amazing vegan options.
Love the uttapam and dosa; paper dosa is huge and popular, I find it too thin/crispy and get the standard.
Service was quick, but they are very busy and not very attentive. However, the person who tops up the chutneys is very efficient!
