Dunkin'

OMG!! I never write reviews but today was it with this location. I only go there once in the blue if in that location and each time the service is horrible. The staff are beyond ignorant. U can hear them cursing and just conversating on the drive through speaker. The orders are almost always wrong but today I went through the drive through at 11:53am and only ordered an ice coffee. 12:15pm I'm still in the drive through stuck behind 2 cars and already in a spot where I can't get out. I had a appt and my patience began to wear. I got out the car when it was 1 car ahead which was 12:18pm by this time and asked if they could bring the car ahead order out so that I could just leave because it seems they were having even more issues with their order. I have never in my life sat in a dunkin donuts drive through for over or no where near 20mins. Never. Keep in mind all the cars behind the car behind me left. I literally counted 6 cars that pulled out because they were there right after me but was in a position where they were not stuck. I will in life go to this location again. Completely disgusting!

Everything about this location was terrible. Staff were rushing and being rude to us while we made our order in the drive through. The employee taking our order had an obvious attitude and took our order down wrong after we repeated what we wanted several times. The bagels were stale and they only put cream cheese in one part and it was dry due to the small amount of cream cheese on the bagel and it wasnt spreadable. My hashbrowns were soggy and my coffee literally only had creamer inside of it. Never again! Save yourself the trouble and dont go to this dunkin.

I can confidently say I have NEVER had a bad customer service experience here. The staff has always gone above and beyond every other DD I have visited in terms of kindness, hospitality, etc. I literally had to stop what I was doing just to make a point to write this review because those things are so rare and they deserve all the recognition in the world for that. Thank you to their staff for consistently brightening my day even just a little.

This is the second time that my order was incorrect. I don't go to this location often, but when I do, I'd like to get what I ordered. I paid for a breakfast sandwich, and the worker asked me what I ordered. I told her and she still gave me the wrong stuff. I ended up with some hash browns (paid way too much for them) The last time I was there, my order was again incorrect and I let it slide. I know we're all under stress, but please try to pay more attention to what you're serving people.
