Good ice cream, bad service People should get a portion for what they paid for. Portions at this location are smaller than other BR in the area. The girl with blue shirt assuming is the manager came to take our order with a bad attitude. Not sure she realizes customers is what keeps her business open and her employee. Would skip this location in the near future. I like places where I feel welcome and appreciated. Rather drive to Springfield to get cold stone and eat a good quality ice cream with an A+ Service. Skip this location .

It was a hot day so the place was packed. The service was ok but I wasn't happy about the flavors that were available. They were out of alot of flavors. They should know better. The popular flavors should always be available that should not run out.. Also they should have some pass around to wipe the tables, especially with all the germs going around.

To say the employees are lazy and rude would be an understatement. We’ve come in more than a half hour before close and they refused to make a shake. Also what employer allows for earbuds to be worn in a customer service position? I’ll be taking my business to the Glastonbury location from now on.

Employees will not honor their promotion. This banner had always been there and had always been the policy. Buy triple scoop and get free waffle cone. Employee try to say it's expired and point to date on bottom. I pointed out that's the exclusion date because they have other promotes on those month/31 dates ... Then the girl litterally ask where does it say free....at this point it was just lol absurd. Either honor what you put up or take the banner down.

Love the selections but lots of business here to leave very young people working all on their own. I get staffing is crazy right now all over the US but I had to wait 15 minutes at least to be cashed out at the Dunkin donut register when I bought icecream because they were overworked and didn't want to deal with coupons. I get it but it's a part of business and it's not like I didn't spend more money that day. Should consider having someone with more experience in the store at all times.

I went in today with my toddler. I waited in line behind 5 people only to be told I couldn't get ice cream because he wasn't trained and they needed a 4th person to come in in an half hour before serving me. I insisted because I didn't want to disappoint my kid. He asked that he take care of the customers behind me 1st. I said ok. Next he couldn't ring my order. Then he had a 5 min convo about his broken down car with another customer ( that had already been served). Every step of getting 2 scoops of ice cream with sprinkles required him to ask his coworker. She even told him to get something out the fridge. He wasn't trying or using common sense. On top of this they were discussing an irate customer from earlier. These employees need to be supervised and trained. I'm disgusted. I was there at least 15 min.

Worst worst worst customer service manager on duty was rude when ask to speak to manager she said she was ask her name she said she didn't have a name also her coworkers didn't have names. The young lady who was serving us got so scared when her manager startedyelling.I was yelled at for no reason all the customers where surprised at her behavior she ring everyone up having me wait. Customers got involved and told her she was rude. She didn't care. I was there Saturday September 25,2021@7:15pm. After years of been a customer I would not go there if it was free. please address this matter asap I hope no one else experience this behavior
