They don't swap steamer tips between normal milk and almond milk. I have a milk allergy I found a hair in my dunkin double. I WOULD ASK THEIR FRANCHISE OWNER TO INVESTIGATE BUT THE EMPLOYEES REFUSE TO ALLOW ME THEIR DISTRICT MANAGERS CONTACT OR FRANCHISE OWNERS INFO.

It really depends on the employees there. Some are nice, while others seem to not care. My coffee taste weird sometimes, almost as if the coffee was over brewed and burnt. The setting is usually half messy tables, and they keep the napkins away from customers. I had a stroller and needed a few napkins in case coffee spilled on my way to the baby appointment, which is a 15 minute walk (the roads are very bumpy too). I only got handed 1 napkin and an explanation of why they keep the napkins (due to napkin theifs). I don't think that was very fair to penalize customers for others, they could simply keep them in front of the register were they can be monitored by the cashier. That is all, I just see room for improvement.

Rude manager disgusting bathroom coffee NEVER done right. Sweeping up dust as we sit there eating breakfast!! No consideration as they take down a dusty ol Christmas Tree a table away and begin sweeping there as well. Unbelievable!

I did not like absolutely anything . I was not satisfied with costumer service . SHE did not even welcome me, expected for me to just say my order . Did not even ask how I was doing this morning, I was waiting for I can express myself to her about the fact that my $300 dollar MK purse had just fell on the puddle in front of Dunkin donuts.
