Everytime I ordered a large hot drink I get iced or a the wrong size it's like they're doing it on purpose as you can see in the picture the sticker says large but the cup says m at the bottom right indicating that it's a large it's not hard I work literally work at a Dunkin drinks are the easiest thing there

Maple avenue Dunkin donuts in Hartford is definitely my go to and favorite branch. Even when something goes wrong they fix with no issues and or attitudes. Stuff happens it's how we fix it. Always hood vibes here. Don't know his name but tall light skinned guy with curly hair and high man ponytail/bun was playing no games with the recommendations today. Ordered the new pesto tomato and cheese but they had no pesto. Suggested avocado instead. Delicious.

Between the hours of 8 and 10 a.m I sat in drive thru for 30min before ordering on three different occasions. Staff smoking outside when the business is busy. This was my favorite D&D spot. Staff have to get better with the timing..

The staff that closes on the weekends is absolutely phenomenal and I couldn't express my gratitude enough for how thoughtful and customer service oriented they are. Keep up the amazing job! I'd give you 100 stars if I could

The staff are very nice! The service is pretty fast. And, ask for the senior discount. The multi grain bagel with butter is 😋. And, their coffee begs for more!

Literally sat in the car for like 30 minutes to just get a coffe , when I got to the box they hand me the rong change , eating wile hading the food .

No matter what they always seem to mess up your order even if there’s no one in line but that isn’t the problem at all. Everyone there, especially the old woman with the braid, has the WORST attitude. If you have a free drink reward, just forget about it because something’s bound to go wrong and they will not give it to you. This has happened to me on (no exaggeration) 4 separate occasions. If this DD wasn’t the only one on the way to and from where I have to go, I would never go here. They will even look at your phone and see the reward and promo scan with their own eyes and still say “nope sorry can’t help you” as if they can’t run a cash register and just take off the price of the beverage like literally any other business. One time the app was just spinning and spinning and the lady actually told me out of her own mouth that sometimes the app doesn’t work under the trees there… and she still wouldn’t let me use my reward. The worst Dunkin’ staff on the planet.
