Beautiful place to be by far the nicest Indian I have ever been with very friendly staff 100% recommend the magic mushrooms are to die for ...�� great choice and will be returning even thou we are from Middlesbrough loved it !!
Friendly staff, quick service & Amazing food, and so so fresh, wish i could of ate it all, was so filling and loads of choice .absolutely would recommend anyone to pay it a visit. Will definatley be back.... ��
Ordered takeaway's tonight and went through, from Billingham, to collect it. Had a Chicken Tikka Masala, Kofte Dupiaza, Chicken Tikka Masala Calzone Naan. All absolutely superb.
I also ordered a Lamb Chittendu, as it was indicated on the takeaway menu with 3 chilies.
I have to say the dish was beautifully cooked but was lacking the spice indicated on the menu.
Customer service excellence, value for money superb, food quality outstanding but my main course disappointed.

I went to Masala Lounge while I was staying at crimdon dene Hartlepool, as I was recommended by the staff there. I was very impressed by the friendly staff, open spaced environment and by the freshly prepared food I was given, when I next come to Hartlepool I will definitely being coming back, thanks again for a fantastic experience

We go to the Masala on a regular basis and have never had problems with quality,attitude,cleanliness and I really have to say don't believe the negative reviews because in my honest opinion that has to be something underhand about them! Do not take any notice!! Rant over.... now my review
Took some very good friends for an early Xmas get together and what a fantastic experience we all had fantastic food, great service lovely ambience, not rushed in any way and the band members who hadn't tried it before will definitely be taking the time to travel from out of town to go back. Thanks guys for a great night. Brilliant
Every time I have a takeaway I think mmm this is the best one yet! Food is amazing and so is the service. Can't fault Masala lounge and highly recommend!

Have been this evening with my friend, 1st class service from friendly waiter and food was amazing and lots of it. Highly recommended.

I had to cancel my order through Just Eat as soon as I ordered as my fat thumbs hit the finish button prematurely and then did it correctly straight away.
When the order arrived we were missing a few items but they were the ones I put on the re order after I messed up so probably a technical error and I take some of the blame!
I called the restaurant stright away and was met by an extremely understanding, professional and helpful call handler! He quickly sorted our order and had it delivered in record time! 👏

Chicken tikka starter was beautiful, not greasy or oily and super tasty. Dips and poppadoms all delicious. I ordered lamb shaslick which came on a red hot skillet, and was super tasty. My other half got tikka masala and said it was the best he'd had. It was 5 courses on a £10.95 special so even more amazing. Will defo use for any Indian meals we fancy going forward!
1st time in here for a sitty down and it didn't disappoint, food was spot on quite a while between courses but you drink more that's the plan.

Quite a boutique atmosphere, very modern and contemporary feel to the place. The food is out of this world, the flavours of the food and the colours are all very vivid and rich. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody.

Excellent food. The 5 course special is ridiculously brilliant value for money. 4 of us ate early Friday evening and we had four different starters and 4 different mains and no one was disappointed. All delicious. Friendly and attentive staff.
If anything, we'd say the rice and naan portions were on the large side, and we couldn't finish... Seems a waste.

Loved the food here really good, quite a menu plenty to chose from. Very generous portions. We didn't eat in but it was busy in the restaurant.

Great night at the Masala Lounge! Food was perfect and the staff were so attentive and friendly. I was part of a large group. We had the buffet menu. Extremely pleased with everything. Would definitely return.
Lovely food but not very warm in the place. It could have been because there was nobody els in but I'm sure that was because of the day and time we went. I think it would be excellent when busy
I ordered a meal the the service was great and the food was delicious and great I will order again everyone must try the food.
My meal was very nice but the Keema & Garlic Naan was a bit small and it had the keema was missing so I only got the garlic naan. I would ov give one more star if they got it right sorry ☹
